My wife spent all night at the hospital with our son, when she got home she was exhausted, enduringly drained and hungry. I went to this location because it’s close. The drive thru woman was rude, threw my food at me and slammed the window shut. I honked and waved trying to get her attention and she ignored me. My food was half put together and tasted like they didn’t want to be there. It was disappointing. Won’t be back.

Stopped by today to get food after work. Placed my order and asked for buttermilk to be added in the bag. Lady in the window advised me that each sauce was 25 cents. I never in my life was charged for any sauce before. I went on and paid it. Got home and the burger was cold but the buttermilk was warm. Not sure but I feel like something shady was going on. Safe to say I won’t be back to this location in the future

I went to grab some dinner because my power went out. The line was long. It didn't move for 30 mins. But I ordered online so I didn't know how to get my money back. The line moved so slow. At the time I didn't realize it wasn't moving because they were not answering the box. People were waiting and leaving because nobody would take the order. By the time I got to the box they had resumed taking orders because apparently it was shift change. I told them my order. They told me to pull up, they said the couldn't look up the order because they were changing shifts. She asked me what I ordered. She handed me an order which was cold. By this point it had been over an hour. I get home and the order was not even mine. I couldn't eat it because it had items tht i dont like.I requested a refund. I never received it and never heard back.I will never go back to that location.

The cashier Amena was very rude to me when I came around 9:15 am. I asked her about the deal they were selling. Amena had the nerve to have a attitude. When I asked why she have an attitude towards me,she tells me that I'm asking a thousand questions. I am very disappointed because this was my 1st time coming and its the closest fast food to my job.
