Again another jack that offers dining room service at 6 am it is 6:35 and nothing again jack with the dining room closed today December 4, 2024 7:32 am and closed it is a joke I recommend something change the opening hours in the dining room I think it would be the easiest to do is not the best but I think they can't do anything about it so sorry jack but, 0 stars for service

New thing now i just try to order in uber eats i get home from work at 5 in the morning so there is nothing cooking by those hours i tough buy some jack in the box i never had and issue till today seems like some drivers stole my food almost 6 different drivers went to get it and this people working in here said some one else took it we can’t make it again how stupid you got to be to not make sure who your actually giving the food to jack in the box today the entire crew of this store has failed horribly

Older Asian guy wouldn’t was very rude I place an order online my sandwich I wanted they wasn’t selling no more an employee offered a substitute the Asian told her no he don’t care. Take it up with the app and when I ask for the Gm number or even what time another manger came in he told me he don’t know and he don’t care he wasn’t doing nothing because I didn’t pay him I paid the app.

The overnight manager at this jack in the box may possibly be insane. It's an older Asian man who is consistently one of the angriest late night fast food workers I've ever encountered. He is always snappy, rude, and seems to hate you. This is noy unheard of in fast food, but he seriously takes it to another level. The last time i went, two nights ago, however; he refused to make my order altogether, which I had put in on the app and payed for, even though the other employee protested. His reason was that I had ordered extra onions and the location was out of onions. The employee who was explaining this to me was completely apologetic, embarrassed, and didn't understand either, so I pulled around to the window and asked to speak to the manager who then yelled at me, "No Onions!", and then waved me away. I said to him I already paid, how do I get a refund, and he again just said "No Onions!", and walked out of view. The other employee had started taking someone else's order, so I just drove away. The order was marked as completed by the store, and so I have no alternative but to make this Google review in hopes that I can be refunded and perhaps that manager can be reprimanded. I live really close to this jack in the box, and I work late at night. It would be nice to not get yelled at and eventually even denied my prepaid order by a person who may seriously have a dangerous mental illness.
It’s been a hard week due to the hurricane so I decided to come here for food and AMAZING! The food was fresh and service was great! Thank you guys for working to provide for those in need and who are still waiting for their power to come back on. Keep up the good work!

Terrible night service... They didn't give me my complete order and what they gave me was ugly... The burger bun was hard, the tacos were curious... I wanted to return for what was missing from my order and they told me that I got in line again, there were more than 10 cars ?
