The food and service were good. I got the loaded breakfast sandwich. That thing is like a breakfast jack on steroids, lol! And they have a good cup of coffee.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair access entrance on the west side of the restaurant.
I went there 2 mornings to get breakfast and both times I had to wait for 20 minutes after paying. The employee at the drive thru said that they only had one cook. It sounds like they need more employees but also need a sense of urgency.

Just visited this location and the manager Ms. Eight was a delight. She has exceptional customer service, something that has been missing in the service industry for a while now. Thank you Ms. Eight.

This location is absolutely HORRIBLE! The service takes forever, the restaurant is dirty (sticky floors throughout the store), and their oil is old. I asked for a refund because I could smell that their oil was old. My churros were black and they were not burnt. I asked for a refund from the shift leader Carlos and told him the reason why I wanted a refund. He told me "the oil isn't old." Then he walked away and continued to make orders. I reached out to the general manager and reported him to corporate. I will NEVER go to this location ever again!
