I work overnight on Eldridge and routinely arrive about 40 minutes early so I can eat before my shift. Given the limited late-night options in the area, I often choose Jack in the Box because of its proximity. Unfortunately, I’ve had repeated issues at this location. Although the dining room is posted to close at 10:00 PM, there are multiple occasions—most recently tonight around 9:30 PM—where the doors were already locked. As a customer without a vehicle, this leaves me with no way to order food, since the drive-thru is car-only. Tonight, I stood outside knocking for several minutes in approximately 40-degree weather. Staff clearly saw me at the door but chose not to respond and continued working instead. This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering the dining room was still supposed to be open. I was only looking to quickly purchase food and leave. Situations like this discourage customers from returning, and unfortunately, I will not be spending my money at this location again. I hope management addresses consistency with posted hours and customer service expectations.

I went in today at around 11:30 and ordered the gremlin meal, I had a coupon and asked the lady upfront if I could use it but she so rudely said no then snatched it out of my hand, the got my order completey wrong and then I called asking for a remake and it sounded like a guy who hated his job because I asked for a refund or a remake and he said no so depressingly, horrible experience

Shout out to the cook for my Sourdough Jack tonight. Today 12/12/25 at 7:48pm. Sandwich on point!! Well toasted bread, crisp bacon; good amount of sauce and presentation. Front counter was awesome too I asked for a water and was treated to a large. Thank you! Even the shift leader or employee greeted me as she walked in with good evening. Worth my bike trip tonight!

Went to pick up an order I made online just to take over 30 minutes in drive thru line, quite honestly lost my appetite after that so I told them to forget about it. And don't even bother submitting a complaint to customer service, they did nothing to solve the fact that I spent money for no reason.

Don’t understand you 24 hours but they’re closed at different times whenever they feel like it, I literally live in the housing neighborhood next door and they’re always “closed” at different times. I can come at anytime when it comes to after midnight and they’ll say they’re closed, I’ve been living over here for over a year now and never had any problems until recently in the last few weeks. When the older lady was there, it wasn’t a problem but now that the guys are clearly in control they’re always outside smoking and on break or like tonight when I went there at 2:02 am they had two ppl in front of me in line then said they were closed. And it’s not only being closed for a moment they closed until 5 am for no reason that they can explain, losing the company revenue from the neighbors and other patrons nightly
Love this location, love the manager the black lady, she works very hard, has great customer service and always serving fresh food!! Keep her and pay them all fairly
