Ordered through the app at 7:32 pm. Got confirmation text saying it would be delivered at 8:22. No problem that's average time for delivery. Then got a text saying it would be delivered at 8:52. Still no problem it's worth the wait. Tried calling at 9:03 to find out the status since it was now 11 minutes later than stated time. Phone rings and then goes to voicemail and it's full. Tried calling several times, no answer. Go back into the app to the orders screen and see that the order was canceled, no one called to tell us and no text notifications were sent. Now it's 915 and we have no dinner. Horrible service and it'll be a while before we order from you again.

I started eating their keto pizza on my honeymoon. It was my first meal after giving birth. The food is incredible, the service is spectacular and it has become our family favorite restaurant in the city

Listen to your customers. Unless you won’t have anymore. Such as a simple task of bringing parmesan cheese.

I recently ordered from here twice in the past 2 weeks. Both times incredibly disappointed! It used to be such good pizza. The past 2 times the pizza has been way overcooked-borderline burnt and inedible, and way more crust than cheese and toppings. The second time I even ordered extra sauce and asked them to please not over-cook it and i had virtually no sauce on the pizza and again it was overcooked. So dry and hard I coukd barely bite a piece off. They also changed pepperoni and I dont like the small "old world style" pepperoni, especially when its burnt. Sadly I don't think I want to waste $60 on such low quality pizza so I wont give them another chance, its just a shame, because I really like that they are one of few pizza places that offer green olives as a topping. Fix your ovens and retrain your employees please, get a quality assurance person to inspect the orders before they are sent out because I can't believe these pizzas were allowed to leave the store.
