Been coming here for a while now; I make it a point to visit any time I'm on an errand to Home Depot or PetSmart. It never disappoints - I always order the sandwiches (banh mi) which are always good; the bread is bouncy and soft and the seasoning is not overly salty. I like the simple teas which are never too sweet, it's perfect. The quality is consistent!

Loved the service here, the cashiers name was Viet and he was very friendly and helpful. Vietnamese coffee, hibiscus tea, and veggie egg rolls were delicious! (They had lots of veg food options.) Their boba is good too! If they had a location near me I’d go all the

I just happen to be driving by and saw this place and decided to try it. The chicken BBQ sandwich was really good. The bread wasn't too soft or too hard. Not like other places where you bite into it and the bread is so hard it's like eating sandpaper, just cutting up the roof of your mouth.I also got a Vanille iced coffee. Really good.I will definitely be coming back.Dietary restrictions: They had different types of milk, almond, oat and I don't remember what else.

Googled rating before popping by. Service was good. The place was quiet as it's Thanksgiving week.I enjoyed a good-sized chicken banh mi. Had to get a green milk tea when I put too much siracha on it!The milk tea was the perfect 50% sweet and at $4.50, quite reasonable. The ice was just enough to keep it cool and still have lots of tea.The smooth music had a cool vibe. It was so relaxing before I joined the slow-moving 610 traffic."Thanks, Jade Teahouse!"

Cozy place to do some homework while drinking some tea and grabbing a bite. The workers are very polite and get your food out very quick. Prices are fair for the portions they serve<3

Have been here several times. Always friendly service. Good milk tea!Their jalapenos are quite spicy, easily two or three times hotter than Sriracha. Good sandwiches. Tofu was nice and crispy but not overcooked.Vegetarian options: Good tofu, crispy but not overcooked.

The quality of the drink I got was alright nothing amazing but also not bad either. I got a rose milk tea with green tea and I couldn't taste the rose at all. It tasted like a regular jasmine milk tea but it wasn't bad! Overall, not bad but not my first choice

I go to Jade's often since it is by my workplace. They have extensive offerings, over 20 different types of smoothies / slushies such as strawberry, and cookies and cream (see picture of the latter). There's also milk teas such as green and lavendar teas. They also have non-caffeinated teas such as the hibiscus strawberry (pictured). There are many different types of boba you can add to your drink. I always choose the regular tapioca boba. There are vegan options for milk. Every drink I've ordered has been delicious and is a great price. You can earn points toward a free drink with each purchase. Now that school's out, there is a calm, peaceful vibe in the tea house. There's free wifi so you can sit at the tables and get some work done. Once school starts, though, between 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., the place is packed with middle and high schoolers. There are "happy hour" discounted prices available then. You can also order food here.
