I just tried Jami’s bbq while they had grit truck stop by our apartment complex. This has to be the most tender and leanest brisket I’ve ever had. The all-beef sausage was not dry but savory. And the bbq sauce, homemade from Jami herself adds such a rich taste. I love bbq and find it hard to find a place I can repeat, but this one is different. I think I found my bbq place!!!
