My fiancé and I dined here one evening after visiting a sick loved one in the hospital, and it was exactly the comfort we needed. We ordered edamame, octopus, tonkotsu ramen, and California rolls, and everything was absolutely delicious. I loved that you can customize your ramen. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was perfect after such a tough day. It was a relief to end the day with a wonderful meal and a relaxing experience.
Original tonkotsu ramen was awesome, outstanding! Soup is thick and rich (requested richness), noodle is thin, this is just authentic Hakata tonkotsu ramen. Am native and was born in Hakata. Highly recommended if you want real Hakata ramen.

I recently tried a newly opened Japanese ramen restaurant, and my dining experience was extremely disappointing.
Firstly, the service attitude was very unsatisfactory. While we were still eating, the server started cleaning the table next to us and used a strong cleaning spray that ended up on our table, seriously disrupting our dining environment. This not only interrupted our meal but also made us feel very uncomfortable.
The server initially suggested that they could remake our dishes as compensation, but what was frustrating was that the owner said they were too busy to remake anything and simply told us we could leave without paying. This handling of the situation was clearly irresponsible, as it did not provide a reasonable solution or compensation, and was just a quick way to brush us off.
As a newly opened restaurant, they should pay more attention to customer experience and service quality. It is disappointing to see them handle customer issues so poorly. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

After reading the good reviews from this ramen restaurant, I stopped by while I was in the area to give it a shot.
I usually get my ramen fix at my go-to spot closer to where I live, but Japanese Ramen Gachi did not disappoint.
I ordered the Tonkatsu Gachi and the Pork Chasu rice bowl. The ramen had a nice, flavorful broth, the noodles were not overcooked or undercooked, and most importantly, the pork was seasoned well and super tender.
The Pork Chasu rice bowl was ok, I was expecting the pork to be braised, but the consistency of the pork was more of a puree and not what I expected. Nonetheless, my main reason for my visit was the ramen, and the Tonkatsu gets a 5 star rating.
Went for a nice dinner last friday. It was delicious. The drink choices were great.The ramen was rich, creamy and perfect for a nice weekend dinner. The Karaage was crispy and the takoyaki was deliciously creamy.

I believe he's the waiter, every time I interact with him, he seems to have an attitude or a problem. Today, when I brought a guest with me, he threw our food down and he was extremely unpleasant. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or if this is just how he always acts, but to me, he consistently behaves this way. As a regular customer, I think there should be better customer service from him. Despite the amazing food, the customer service here is horrible. Today, he told me to never come back to the restaurant. I'm not sure why, as this didn't even come from management. He whispered it to me as he came to clean the table while I was signing the check.
