I ordered the pot roast sandwich with dipping juice. The bread was stale, meat was cold, juice was flavorless and cold, and the potato chips were three different types all broken into pieces. Additionally, the cashier was unable to credit my five dollar reward from my app. I won’t be returning.

we ordered food to go delivery. Sandwiches we received for the most part bread was old and dried out. Chips were all crumbled and broken up, disappointed as this was company meeting. other than that delivery was on time

Food is always fresh. I get a variety of things but love all their soups and salads. Besides having to check the extras and salad dressing choice, the service is pretty good.

Im posting this review because I owe this store a HUGE apology. I did an online order today and I thought I added the extra chicken to my baked potato. I was upset when I received my order at work and did not see the extra chicken. Well when the survey came I gave zero stars due to my error. The assistant manager emailed me the reciept and that is when I realized it wasnt on there. So I greatly apologize for my error. I went to retake the survey but it was not available to retake. So im posting a review here. The two chicken ranch baked potatoes were excellent. They were filled correctly and I will order there again!!!!!

But I will say the app itself was a tad tricky as far as the address part. When I searched the address, it did find it when I typed my job name in and had the actual address. And it let me place the order. They called and said it only showed the zip code. So I gave them them the address over the phone.

Other than that....the store itself got it all right!!!! So thank you. And again I am deeply sorry!!!

I've been coming here for years but recently when they came out with the Spicy Sicilian sandwich it took me back to when I was in the Navy in the mid 80's when I went to Naples, Italy and went to a deli and had a sandwich and a beer. I've probably had over 25 of them and it takes me back every time. Always consistent and delicious! Thank you!
