I was unhappy with my experience and wrote an email. The manager Chris reached out to me very quickly and rectified the situation. He went above and beyond now I am purchasing from them again today when I had decided yesterday not to go back. The food is always great and staff friendly just a misunderstanding.

It's a great place to dine. We go on date nights, sometimes after church, or when we just want a quick meal or salad that tastes good. Staff is always friendly. The restaurant is clean and there is free ice cream in a cup or in a cone. 😊

I know it's a chain, but I felt it important to note the staff. Its high noon on Saturday. I was greeted and felt welcome the minute I walked in the door. The staff were courteous, helpful and it was a nice relaxing atmosphere. Today, I am eating a bigger better BLT, which includes a fried egg and avocado. Yummmmyyyy.

My original review I was so frustrated. HOWEVER, before they saw this review the manager already called me and personally apologized and corrected it. THIS IS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ordered delivery for 11:30am. During our meeting, I’m called out because the food is being delivered AN HOUR EARLY! Was told they have 3 deliveries so had to bring it early. No communication just a text they are on their way. If I had wanted a 10:30am delivery I would have stated 10:30am.

Ordered club sandwich and gumbo and I happened to open my sandwich and it was wax paper in it and when I went back I showed them the pictures and they did nothing but tell the one making the sandwich about didn’t offer anything

I am at Kelsey Seybold having my last chemo infusion, I’ve been here since before 10am so I’m starving! The RN said I could have delivery so Jason’s was my first thought! I tried searching for my order because I thought I ordered soup also but couldn’t find it. Also I added to the instructions to take it to the 4th floor but it was dropped off on the 1st. Usually my Cali is short on guacamole so I ordered extra, but of course the sandwich was overflowing with guacamole! It really needed salt & pepper too!

I have been coming to this location for a couple years. The staff isn't always the most friendly but the food is always good. Usually I get the salad bar, which they typically have a pretty good selection of veggies, fruits,toppings, dressings and other fixings. Their sandwiches are also always pretty good and if you are a tea drinker, their tea is always some of the best.
Syed is the best delivery man ! Please give him raise !!

This used to be a gr8 place to eat but not anymore! Will not be returning for any reason. Got a chicken salad sandwich that was horrible and stable spoon of chicken salad which was only in the center of the bread. When I spoke about it the waitress looked at me like I was crazy. They did not try to correct the issue. I regret not speaking to the manager. Only 3 tables had patrons and now I know why! Went up on the price but down on quality!

Always very clean and they only place where I still trust the buffet/salad bar. Staff is great and the food is consistent and good. My only critique would be to put hand sanitizer by the salad bar. I had gotten my tray and everything but had to set it all down to go wash my hands. I was out by myself so I felt a bit strange leaving my food at the table, but it was all good. But some strategically placed hand sanitizer would have been clutch 👍🏾

Stopped in for a bite. The location was clean, and the staff was friendly. Tried the muffaletta, but the meat was lighter than other locations. Almost thought threatened was missing when I got it. But overall, it was pretty good. Gotta a club to go for but boxed it myself. Also, I got the strawberry shortcake, and the berries were not as fresh as they looked, but taste was ok. A couple were drying out. But overall it everything tasted good.
