I would've give more stars but they wanted to charge me $1 for the dry potato. I've added salt and pepper and was eating it but it was just too dry. The manager was going to charge me a $1 but due to the complaints of the potatoes I wasn't charged. It's the principle. Don't give someone a dry potato fixed up with no butter. I asked for melted butter and the picture is what I was given. However, I gave 1 stars for the broccoli and cheese soup, of course more cheese than anything but I would still not order it again. The 1 star is for the topping on the potato. I 95% will not be back. And that's solely based on the butter situation and the flavorless dry potatoe and the managers attitude/demeanor when I asked for butter. It's the principle. I don't care about paying for anything. You give free ice cream but charge for a hard block of butter and wanna give me attitude about it.

NASTY!!! My wife and I had the salad bar today which was sub par for a Jason’s. Then the restrooms were pathetic! I Urine on the floor in men’s and women’s. Need to close this location.

Edit: The issue I had was that the order was made online despite the product being out of stock. Had the app indicated the order was out of stock, we could have made a more appropriate choice from the available selections.

I’m a frequent long time customer for over 11 years. Use to work right next door. Use to come daily for lunch. The prices have increased and it’s not worth paying $30+ for me and my son to eat sandwiches in this economy is crazy. The sandwiches stayed the same over the past 11 years and the prices seem to have doubled. Won’t be a frequent guest anymore:

I tried the turkey and pastrami, Swiss cheese, thousand island dressings w/ /extra pickles and red onions. Just how in the heck do you manage to Eff-up that with stale ass bread. I didn't even get it dipped and my bread still came apart. No Dijon mustard and only 1 slice of Swiss...1 The soups are always water down and flavorless. Awesome salad bar inspite of everything else!

The prices there are ridiculous..I literally got a half sandwich (1 piece of bread cut in a half) and a handful of chips and a drink and it was $17! So I won't be going back anytime soon. It's not affordable.
