Terrible service at this location. I’ve placed multiple online/app orders. When I arrive at the time my order should be ready the employees are always in the back on their phones and the manager will be sitting on the side doing nothing. I visit this location often due to it being convenient but I have decided to drive further to another place at this point.

This is officially the worst Jason’s Deli we’ve ever been to. Our family loves Jason’s Deli and we have an excellent one in Cypress. However, we were in the area and decided to stop by this location. What a mistake! The service was incredibly slow, unresponsive, and no one who worked here cared about anything. The salad bar had several items empty (croutons, cornbread, boiled eggs, chocolate mousse, pasta salad) and not once while we sat there for an hour did anyone even check the salad bar. These items remained empty the entire time. The tomatoes were also rotten, mushy, and sour. I adore Jason’s tuna salad, but this locations is awful! It was so dry (lacked mayo), very fishy with lots of dark meat, and so peppery I couldn’t eat it. Such a disappointing visit considering we have never had an issue with any Jason’s Deli before! I’m guessing it’s a case of extremely poor management.
My brother is in the hospital, on the other side of town so it's hard to go see him every day. I wanted to send him food, the driver was unsure about parking and was afraid he couldn't make the delivery. Raul asked around and was able to surprise my brother with dinner. Dealing with a loved one in the hospital is tough enough but Raul made today a little easier by helping get my brother something to eat and I really appreciate it.

Went with my wife, son and daughter in law and our grandkids! I had the BLT with Avocados with fried egg...and my wife had Chicken Panini.......The sandwich was absolutely amazing! It was delicious! My wife loved the Chicken Panini.......Our outing was fantastic!!!!
