This location is always clean and friendly. The parking is ample and easy to get to since it's on the end of the strip center near the main road. The food is always fresh and the bar is always clean.

An excellent place. I have been going to Jason's since they opened in Beaumont 40 years ago. This location is clean,they make a wicked muffuletta and the salad bar is always well stocked and clean.

Staff seemed overwhelmed although not very busy. They do t communicate about the possibilities. Salad bar’s crackers section was out of many thing & was not refilled. The new store concept is not that good anyway. In the past salad bars included all you can eat and one trip. Change the names of the salad bar possibilities so that clients font end up paying for what they don’t want.

Today's manager, Thursday, August 22, 2024, at the 8:00 pm shift, is a rude and poorly educated person. I witnessed how she yelled at a customer who said she had been waiting for more than 15 minutes for her order to leave to move from the register (without saying please or I'm sorry) and to continue waiting because she was going to take orders from other customers. A manager should never yell at a customer, the bar staff are super apathetic and unwilling to work.
I used to come here frequently but after witnessing this rude act by the manager it makes me think that this location does not appreciate its customers.
The host who waited on me in the drive thru (host number 907) was very rude talking through the microphone and when I got to the window.

Fast forward to today, drive-thru, NW&34th. Disappointed with the plain-jane. Although, the potato is big, half of the potato should not be rotten. I was too far away to bring it back. Check them before you bake them, please and thanks.
