I ordered one BTL and a soup. I waited for more than 20 mins for this order. They only started making it when I got up to ask. This is ridiculous. It doesn’t take 20 mins to make a BLT. The place is almost completely empty. So it’s not like they were busy. Now we know why it’s empty.

The cashier Kimberly & manager Jennifer discriminated against me cuz of my sexuality. I have never felt so hurt and shocked that would happen to me of all family places. I am so saddened that this would happen to me and I’m in disbelief and wish we had better people in the world.. I’m beyond hurt and sad about

the salad bar is a bit pricey and you’re not allowed to go back to the bar to replenish your salad once you’ve been. That was bit of a bummer for that price.

The gentleman at the takeout window is extremely rude. I come often and he is super unprofessional and just about throws your food out the window. The next time, this happens I will contact corporate. Completely unacceptable.

I was disappointed in the way I was handled at this location. Understand that just paid for two salad bars plus two soups, drink, and gave a tip at the counter. It was insinuated that I was stealing from the salad bar when their employee gave me the wrong container. I called back to share my disappointment with the manager. There was no apology just told what I need to do the next time I come back. I told her she gave me no incentive to come back but to go to Salata where I will drive 5 more additional minutes for better customer service and fresher food.
Great service wonderful individuals working here very fast pace service. If you order your lunch it will be ready when you pick it up. Great customer service. Keep up the good work.

The food is delicious but the price is a bit high, in my opinion. The employees are very sweet and helpful. This was my first time visiting a Jason's Deli, and the staff explained that God would be brought to my table without my having to ask. They even told me where the drink fountain was when I told them this was my first visit. It was a bit busy when I arrived and they forgot that I'd requested two of the same meal. Luckily they hadn't charged me for the second so I just ordered the other again. Next time I'll have to verify two were input if I order two of something.
