Went on a night where it was practically empty, still things missing from the salad bar. No captains wafers, ranch was empty and no one was checking the entire time (about an hour) I was there to see what needed refilling.

Good Service!! I am a regular customer and the service and food is always awsome.!The Manager Steven Driver is always friendly and willing to go about and beyond for the customer. I am known as Mr. Anthony. They greet me by that everytime!! It makes me feel so appreciated and valued as a customer!!! The Staff is great!!

My first time ever in Jason’s Deli, I thought it was just a sandwich place. Well tonight my wife was HANGRY, and so was our little boy. (1 year old) so if you’ve ever been in this situation you know I had to figure something out quick! Well I looked over my shoulder and saw a Jasons Deli sign peeking at me. So I said let’s roll the dice, worse case scenario they’ll get a sandwich until we get home. To my complete surprise the menu was HUGE! With an array of items. I was looking at the menu on the wall and a guy came from the back and said “I’ll take care of you over here”. So I told him “I need to check out the menu I’ve never been here before”. Not only did he say hey Man, I have a smaller menu hand size right here and handed it to me. But also threw me some great recommendations. I took the menu out so my wife could pick exactly what she wanted and I didn’t have to hear about it for two days that I picked something she didn’t like. lol. When I came back inside, I told him that my wife and son were out in the car, so when he brought me my order, he said most people who usually get ice cream when they’re inside eating, but since y’all are on the road, here’s a couple cookies. And handed me the huge bag of hot food. Then said “Come back and see us.” Amazing service. Amazing management. And I can’t wait to go back to Jason’s deli and see Justin because the dude made my day a whole lot brighter. If more people in the world were like you, bro the world would be an amazing place.
Enjoyed it went with family got the salmon sandwich and that meat eater with the dipping juice mannn was great

I Used to Love the chicken salad on croissant at Jason's Deli. Whose bright idea was it to Change the recipe to add pineapples to it YUK. If it ain't Broke don't fix it! The staff was friendly but told me salad is pre-made and there was nothing they could do! Very disappointing.
I only share reviews when the customer service is out of this world. I know Jason deli isn’t a 5 star restaurant but what you will get is 5 star service from Steven and the entire staff. In this time when feeding your family is expensive especially with inflation being what it is I have no problem whatsoever spending with the Westhimer location. A++ across the board.

Tried the BLT which comes with a poached egg. It was delicious! However the smoke from he exhaust fan is overwhelming. The location on Dairy Ashford does not have that issue. I literally smell like smoke when I eat here. Please fix the smokey air. Thanks.

Let me start by saying the employees that I interacted with were great, and instilled confidence in my location choice... It went downhill from there. I paid extra for extra Provolone on my Beefeater, which I didn't receive. Additionally, I asked for "EZ on the mayo" cuz JD (ALL locations) are generally heavy handed. Still gloopy. Worst, and last, I joked with my friend that I vacillated being disappointed by the "shrinkflation" of the roast beef in the sandwich, and gratitude because the entire portion of meat was gristle. Buyer Beware

As a career accelerator for powerhouses and keynote speaker, I stopped by Jason’s Deli for a quick bite before an event, and it was the perfect choice! I’ve learned over time that eating beforehand allows for more time to connect with attendees—so, for all the speakers and event hosts out there, definitely consider grabbing a meal before you arrive.
The experience was fantastic, thanks to our server, Zach, who was friendly, attentive, and provided great recommendations on their sandwiches and the manager special. The salad bar was fresh, and the free ice cream was a delightful treat! One standout that more people need to know about is the gingerbread muffins—they were so delicious, and I only wish I could take a few home!
I highly recommend the manager special, especially if you’re on the go. I enjoyed a fresh salad at the deli, and the sandwich was perfect for the drive home after a busy event day. Jason’s Deli is a great spot for a quick, satisfying meal, and their team really makes you feel welcome.

The cashier Zac was such a delight and uplifting spirit, I accidentally pressed no tip and told him that I was sorry and wanted to leave him a tip. He was so sweet and told me it's absolutely ok but I like to reward people that make me smile where I spend money. Jason deli's he is a great addition to your location
