JCI-James Coney Island (Federal Rd)

Great food but very disappointed they closed every one inside the city of Houston in and out of loop .. town & country, Westheimer,Shepard, Sam Houston Beltway, and Highway 6. There is no more anywhere near us. Grew up on James Coney Island since the 60’s and it’s a shame. Ordered from DoorDash and the food was horrid as it was cold, hard buns and chili and cheese cold and hard. Onion rings were soggy. BRING BACK THE JAMES CONEY ISLANDS WE ALL LOVED AND GREW UP IN THESE AREAS!

Took my wife in for her first JCI... The staff and food did not disappoint! We had a few special requests and they were all filled without hesitation. Thank you for a fantastic experience!!! See ya soon!!!

I can't even rate this. I went through the drive-thru and was asked to pull around to the front where I waited forever. While waiting my patient decided to order something else cause we were waiting so long. Service was extremely slow like molasses. No other customers were there so we could not figure out how 2ft longs 1reg & 2 salads took over 30 minutes. Sucks will not be returning. Very bad experience and Service. He took my order faster than the food was made

Won’t be returning to this location. The service is horrible and minus 1 staff member they’re rude. Ordered 2 Chicago dogs and a fry from what I assume was the shift manager as he’s the one who had to issue my refund. His tone towards customers is rude and he acted as if we were beneath him. A few minutes went by and the Chicago dogs were brought to the table but no fries. Another 10 minutes went by and still no fries. I watched multiple orders come out after mine with fries and only had fries attempted to be given to me once I was at the counter. I refused the fries and instead got a refund. This guy definitely needs better training or a different line of work.

Great lunch and very friendly staff.

Drive thru was quick, for was nice & hot, I highly recommend the Frito Pie its my favorite item, & they made it perfect, not like other places with 1/2 inch of grease floating on top of the chilli. The chilli is so good & not like the stuff they use for there hot dogs.

I haven’t been to JCI in years but I used to love it! I was so disappointed by the tiny dog and flavorless toppings. Don’t waste your time or money.

They need to be close permanently all JCI. The price is too high. The Delaware punch is horrible now. Has a nasty after taste like sewers with not enough sweetner. The buns cold taste old never fresh. The fries I ask for no salt and they was hot but not done all way.. The Hungry man needs to be taken away

This is my very first time eating at JCI and it was memorable. The best customer service I've ever encountered with more than exceptional food, as if it wasn't fast food. The gourmet hot dog was sheer perfection, the bun was perfectly toasted. The frozen lemonade hit the spot. This is now a twice a week for me.

The best dog in town I live in New Braunfels but work in s Louisiana I plan a stop on the way to and from work. Loyal to JCI since late 80’s ??‍♂️

Stopped off at JCI... on our way home. Hubby felt an added Father's Day extra! I get ONION RINGS??? We were both happy until we see them... so overcooked... I wonder if the person serving them up would eat them? Hummm... maybe they didn't even notice...

Service was pretty quick and the ladies working the kitchen were very polite. Food is as good as you expect from JCI (Which means it's great). Please be sure to drown your hotdogs in their delicious pepper sauce. Bonus points for the lovely gal who kept refilling our drink while we were eating.

This is the best one I eating at. Love the service and the respect they give the customers. I recommend you go eat there if you haven't already.

Wasn't the best customer service by far the chili cheese fries were rock hard the coney's and reg fries were good other than that the place could use a cleaner appearance when u first walk in
