These hotdogs and chili hold a lot of emotional weight with me and it’s sad to see closer locations close down. So believe me when I say it’s good because I’ll make the 30+ minute drive to this place at the slightest urge.

I had specific instructions what he made was perfect but the manager made was not what I asked for. I asked for a piping hot grilled hot dog. I ate the tater tots and threw away the hot dog.

When it come to a Chicago dog you have to be consistent. The celery salt can’t over power the hotdogs. (see the picture) Again, they’re good but not consistent. Try them first for yourself to have your own mind but I’m now going to Portillo’s after today....
