I when there to eat around 12 noon I ate a hungry man meal two Chicago dog with potato tots and I got food poison somebody did not wash they hands or the food is no good but they still served it to me.... if they don't fix that I will call Health Department about your foods or employee don't wash they hands on Westheimer

I always thought this place was just a front for something because I never saw anyone in there. But it's a real restaurant! And it was pretty good too. I got two hot dogs, fries, and a large drink for 11 dollars. Not bad.

Staff is very rude and disrespectful staff laugh and talk about you after paying your money only one person should be handling in your food handling it to you out the door I'm sorry out the window this is how people get sick when multiple people want to handle your food I have a husband there's nobody in James corny all in that I want I'm happily married

Great selection! Loved the greek salad ?The chili is very different from what I'm used to but it honestly wasn't bad. I'm partial to an all beef dog, so I'll be back for that.

The hot dogs were absolutely amazing I also tried this Frito pie and the garlic fries together oh my goodness it was so filling and so yummy next time I come back to Texas best believe I'm coming back to get some food well worth it!!!(:

I have been eating coney from James Coney Island for about 57 years. I started eating them when they were on 815 Walker. That was my favorite when when we left boys club. Today I had an original coney it tasted horrible. Not the same Frank's. Watery chili just taste bad. I hate this will be my kast.

Just ordered food here this morning before I started my work got the food in less than 10 minutes which was fine the only problem was that when I got the box in my hand and I was walking to my car there was a baby roach on top of it I flicked it off before I realize what it was because I thought it was a bug until I got a closer view of it as I was flicking it a roach a baby roach! Last time eating here

Just not what it used to be. Hotdogs seem smaller with less chili and cheese on them, meager side of fries. It it nice that your order is on dishes and metal silverware. Just not worth $13.?? And some change for 3 tiny hotdogs a meager order of fries and a drink. Most other lunch places I'd be seriously fool for that price.
Good hot dogs, but on this visit, the employees in the back were so busy talking to each other, that my order was not prepared as I asked. Great employee there named Tony, who does his job, and makes sure that the customers are satisfied, unlike the other women at the window and in the back. They could have cared less about their job, or customers. Service just isn't what it used to be.

Food was tasty! The dining room attendant had a great attitude and was very prompt to assist customers including opening the door for an elderly family with walkers! I would have given a 5 star rating if it wasnt for the lady cashier who's attitude was not very becoming of quality customer service.

I normally don't like JCI and this place is not much different. However, i go here because it's close and the drive through attendant is nice and calming; (Laughing) . It hotdogs not much else you can say. Its either hit or miss with JCI. I have had greasy dog's and tater tots or i have had some the best dogs you could ever want. But, again the drive through attendant is what does it for me. He is attentive, nice and has an awesome soothing voice lol.

This location is HUGE on the inside! The food is fresh and fast! Miss the Stafford and the Hwy 6 locations, please don't close any more! This is the next closest one to me after the other two closed.
