Last night my sister & I got ice cream and the girl that checked us out added a 25% tip for herself on our transaction. We weren’t given the option to tip or even sign. We confronted them about the situation and she denied it. Even though we have both receipts proving otherwise. How many other people has this happened to?? Will never go back to this location.

Absolutely love coming here for a simple scoop or double scoop on a bad day! Flavors change. Which is good and bad! But definitely gives you an opportunity to try other flavors you wouldn't think of trying. Always friendly staff. Would probably recommend anytime.

Ice cream is great but the cones are salty and have an interesting after taste. Like a salty, slightly burnt butterscotch candy 🤷🏾♀️

I went to Jeni's this past Saturday and OH MY GOSH! Their ice cream is great. I got the flavor gooey butter cake and bramble berry in their waffle cone. The customer service was also great and the young girl helping me with the crochet bandana was so sweet to me. She was very patient with me as I tend to stutter. Her smile made me feel very comfortable and the experience was great. 10/10 would recommend.
