Loved the ice cream flight of 10 flavors, we split it between 4 people. You can substitute as well if there’s a flavor u don’t like on there.You can also try samples before you commit.There’s a bathroom but the only downside is no convenient water fountain or dispenser.

For my tastes this is the best one in the heights, no doubt. It’s not too sweet, so your really taste the ingredients and flavours. The wafer cones are amazing too - strong vanilla smell. Pretty cool’s place too. Nice location. Son shade on the outside too. Just a lil pricey.

Great choices of ice cream. And customer service is awesome. You can get to taste it before buying. Very reasonably priced.

I love Jeni's ice cream and have been to many locations around the US. This location has the smallest scoop sizes of any Jeni's, by far. I got two scoops while visiting this locations, both of which, together, equalled a normal single scoop at any other Jeni's location. For $10 in a waffle bowl, I would expect more. Jeni's, I love ya. But you've got to do better at this location.Vegetarian options: Great vegan options, such as sorbet. More than one flavor, as well.
Waited on by a half white/half black big girl. A group of yuppie white people came in, to get ice cream pints. They went straight to the register skipping us. We were right about to pay for our cones. I figured the girl would have said “I’ll get to you guys as soon as I’m done with them”. Nope! She took their order. I know she’s half black but it kinda seemed racist, maybe a class thing, We’re Hispanic. It rubbed me the wrong way, I didn’t tip. I just won’t be back. Of course that won’t hurt them, but ehh my dollar.
Jeni’s is by far my favorite ice cream, however the employees at this location have horrible customer service. The girl who helped me to had a horrible attitude as if she didn’t want to be there. If you don’t like assisting people why are you in a customer service position. I really hope management fixes this issue.

And I have had ice cream in New York, Vegas even Rome and definitely this was THE MOST DELICIOUS ice cream. !!When you walk in there is this amazing smell of waffles and vanilla and it’s irresistible!The staff is very friendly and since it was my first time, I asked the nice girl to share with me what were the best sellers, she gave me 3 choices and a sample of each, and OH MY! Two out of those 3 were heavenly delicious!!! The third one of course was good, but the first two with me immediately. The flavors were: Brown Butter Almond Brittle and Brambleberry Crips ?.

Tried this tonight for the 1st time. I tried many flavors but I chose the Honey Vanilla and Almond Brittle . You get two scoops with a waffle cone piece . It was $15 for two people 2 scoops a piece. They also sell pints of the flavors you like.
