Jeni's ice cream is delicious. And i love my ice cream. Their Milkiest Chocolate is the best chocolate ice cream i have ever had!! It's a must try!! I also love their Vanilla Bean and Darkest Chocolate. I would highly recommend this place if you love ice cream! Yes, it's a bit pricey, but its so worth it. The quality is just the best. JUST TRY IT!!!! ☺️

Great service! The staff were so so friendly. I Was able to try 2-3 flavors before getting them, and settled on the coffee and darkest chocolate flavors. Both delicious! They have tons of flavors to choose from and not just basic ones but some pretty interesting flavors so I recommend checking this place out! The shop itself is cute and modern looking, not the largest space but they have some tables inside and outside as well.

Tried a variety and the almond brittle is hands down my favorite from here! Love the texture and flavor! I usually do not care for almond flavors but this one is great! Service is always great. Love taking my out of towners here for a sweet treat! Especially with the fresh made cones!!

Good ice cream but half the time we go, they are closed for something random, no A/C, broken freezer.

It was cold today and we did not plan on getting ice cream but the interesting flavor choices drew us in. We decided to get a waffle cone and an Affogato. The Affogato did not have the cup that it usually comes in. But it was still really good. The flavors were delicious and the staff was super nice and let us try a bunch of different flavors. We also ended up taking 2 pints home because it was so awesome. The ice cream flavors were really unique and delicious. And they left a great aftertaste. The shop is cute and clean, but could use a little more indoor seating, since it is winter. We were able to sit, as no one else was inside at the same time.

Hands down the BEST Ice Cream joint in Houston! And, Going to the location at Citi Center is the best! You’ve got an awesome place to chill with you date or friends while you enjoy the best ice cream in Houston. Plus, they’ve got coffee shoos around the corner.BROWN BUTTER ALMOND BRITTLE with and hand made waffle cone is the bomb dot com!!!!

Great ice cream and friendly staff. This place is very eco friendly. For example when you sample ice cream here they use metal spoons! The staff let me sample as many flavors as I wanted and were helpful with recommendations.I will definitely be coming back!

A couple friends and I went to Jeni's at the city center on a Monday afternoon. From the moment we walked in, the sweet and savory aroma enveloped around us, creating a welcoming and open vibe that matched the green space outside. To our delight, the parlor that had a reputation for being completely crowded had almost no rush and had almost 30 flavors on display. When we walked in, we were greeted with kindness and hospitality by the servers, who made sure that we felt comfortable with asking anything about the food there. The layout of the shop was very compact. There was not much space for people to stand inside. We all ordered two scoops of ice cream along with a waffle, which totaled $7.52.Regardless of the price, we were shocked at how good every flavor tasted. Each flavor had its own unique style to it, from the notes of carmel, to the mix of butter cake and butterscotch. Our experience eating at Jenny's was nothing short of memorable. From the great food, to the positive and welcoming environment, Jenny's is a great place to eat ice cream and is certainly worth the drive to City Centre. This Sugar Land resident will be back for more!

I really like this place. There's a large variety of ice creams to choose from. I always like when the flavors are a bit unusual. I like that you can mix and match scoops. I got one scoop of this sweet potato ice cream. It was a powerful flavor. Very strong. But it was sweet she good and gave me heavy fall vibes. I got another brambleberry one that I liked less. The flavor was really good but it had way too many little seeds and I can be a little weird about textures sometimes. I can tolerate a little bit of seeds but that's not the crunch I want to feel from my ice cream. The flavor fit that one really was good though. It just the texture hijacked my experience a bit. This is one if those places that you want to do like a taste test challenge with. Sit down and have a bite from every flavor they have. Will he going back next time I'm in town. The area is great. Seating at the ice cream shop is limited depending on what day of the week you go. Weekdays might be fine. Busy weekend night you might have hi sit elsewhere in city centre.

Love Jeni's icecream so naturally I had to try the new sweet potato flavor! It wasn't as smooth as I would like and also it was a bit on the sweet side. Though I did love the definite sweet potato flavor. It's 100% there. Definitely worth a try if you're a Jeni's fan :)

Please increase your scoop size. They are weak. The waffle was also stale. $9 for 2 tiny scoops and a stale waffle is just terrible value. The server hung around like a bad smell as he prompted me for a tip. I wish I hadn’t bothered.
