Ordered a cake on Wednesday to be ready for Saturday. Jenny's made a Kpop Demon Hunter's cake with the photo I was wanting and took all the information over the phone and had it ready in the timeframe I needed. I will be recommending them and using them again in the future!

I placed my cake order three days before the event but unfortunately didn’t hear back in time to confirm the cake order. Called twice as well to see if anyone can move forward with my order. Since I needed the cake the next day, I had to find someone else. Sharing for anyone with time-sensitive orders.

The cake itself was 5 out of 5 stars in presentation, flavor, and consistency. It was beautifully done and so delicious! It was a little off-putting that the marble cake did not have the chocolate buttercream filling layer that I paid extra for. The team there is very willing to work with you when your event changes and your order may need to change. I initially ordered 2 cakes and had to cancel one which they did- no problem and they were helpful with that. I was also taken aback by the fact that they don't refund deposits on orders in the event you need to cancel (they offer store credit instead) which was not disclosed to me at the time when I ordered in person and handed them my card to pay the deposit. They do show this on their website though, so I'll take some onus on that one, but it would have been better if someone had brought this to my attention in store before the deposit was paid.

I am staying at the Marriott Hotel just within walking distance and I was craving something sweet and sweet is what I got!! It was the end of the day and Jenny’s was closing soon. I assumed that there would hardly be anything on the shelves, but I was wrong! Whether you want something for an event or small gathering or just a sweet craving, Jenny’s will not disappoint!!

I asked Jenny's Bakery to bake cake balls for a small gender reveal party I was hosting. The cake balls were beautiful, exactly what I asked for, and delicious. Additionally, when I submitted an inquiry about them making the cake balls, they responded promptly. Communication throughout the whole experience was very clear. Will absolutely be using them again for baked goods in the future!
