Chinese food and service at this location is great. There was quick, helpful, and friendly service. Prices are reasonable.

Food used to be delicious but every since they got new management the food and service is horrible. Where is Jenny at age ciijed the best food ever. I will never eat there ever again.

Under new management and it is not good. We have ordered from Jenny's in the past many times. Apparently there are new owners and they have absolutely no idea how to make Chinese food. The fried rice is just rice with some kind of sauce to make it brown but it was drier than the Sahara. There was nothing in it but the shrimp. No peas or carrots or egg or anything. My coworker was unable to eat it. I ordered beef and broccoli-how can someone mess up such a simple order? It was disgusting, the meat was gristly, the sauce did not have a beef flavor or color, the texture was too thick and congealed and it was way too salty. I couldn't eat my meal either. Will NEVER order from this place again. There was no soup. They did not tell us, just showed up without it and brought canned sodas as compensation. It was an order for meals for 11 people, all with different dishes and not a single one was even passable. Most of it just ended up in the trash.

Jenny's changed ownership and appears to have shut down! The food got funky anyhow, so no loss.

My company ordered lunch for our dept and the some of the fried rice was burned others were completely wrong. The food was cold by the time it arrived to us. I am not sure if they are under new management but the quality of the food has significantly changed for the worse. There are other quality Asian Restaurants that are better in the Westchase area.

We've been ordering delivery work lunches every few months for the last year, but we won't be ordering again. Quality was really bad today. While portions are good, food came lukewarm and was not the same quality as before. Chicken seemed overcooked and dry, very little vegetables in the stir fry; also today's order took 1.5 hours to get to our office and when we called after an hour to check on the order status, the phone was not picked-up and the voicemail said the mailbox was full.

I've been ordering from Jenny's for the best part of 10 years. Last Saturday, I ordered delivery from them. Simple order, nothing complicated. After 45 minutes, I had not heard from them so I called the location. The person who answered barely spoke English. After trying multiple times to ask when the food would be delivered, but could not get an answer. I called again 20 minutes later hoping to get an update. Again, the person who answered could barely speak English, but this time insisted that they had called me and that I would have to pick it up. I refused to do this and told them to cancel the order and order from Five Guys. 30 minutes later I get a ring from the front gate. When I walk out to get the food thinking, it's Jenny's, not Five Guys. Somebody else who barely speaks English pushes the food on me, swears it's hot and drives off. Great. To top off this experience, BeyondMenu told me that they agreed I should not pay then told PayPal to bill me. I even attached the call log from my iPhone showing that they never called me. PS: Check out their health score. 47/100. Yuck.

I used to love there food. But the last few times I ordered the quality of the food went way way down. Plus they kept messing up my order and it took 2 hours to even get it. The order was wrong, the food was not even edible. It was just gross and gave me a upset stomach after having 2 bites. I will never order food from them ever again.

Wow, 1 1/2 hours later, I got the wrong order! The last time I ordered it was great. Beware, something is really off here. They tried to make up for it by adding like a wheelbarrow of white rice. No sauce, and not even a fortune cookie! Go figure. Covering up a mistake is 100 times worse than owning it.

Ordered take out--food showed up an hour late. Why is there duck on the menu when they don't serve it? But I digress. General Tso's Shrimp was waaaaaay overcooked. Crab wontons were about 3 days old, and showed up with no sauce. My coworker got completely the wrong meal, and found it to her distaste as well. A day later, and we are still both upset about it.

This restaurant is always delicious, and usually got my order correct. The people working there are really nice. When they got new management couple of weeks or a month ago, their service went down. They close at random days, and they messed up my order multiple times. They close earlier at RANDOM times. I don't like this new manager, as it seems she is changing too much of the original stuff.
