The blueberry bagel was so tough and chewy I could barely eat a 1/4 of it before my jaw started cramping, flavor and cream cheese was good though just wish I could eat it.

Jaclyn was super polite and patient, and her service was great. She recommended the ham and egg, which was absolutely delicious. The portions are generous, you can easily share or enjoy it all yourself. The crème brûlée coffee was perfectly made. I’ve been here many times, and the quality is always consistent. Hands down the best bagels in cypress/Houston. Always fresh and handmade.

The bagels are ok. A bit too thick and doughy. They are fine for here but certainly would not pass in NY or NJ (native NY’r and grew up in NJ gal here). Overall they have a good selection and they aren’t skimpy on the fillings but overall Bobs Bagels is so much better as is Jeff’s. Worth the drive. Also be prepared to wait. They are not fast at all. Waited over 15 mins for one bagel with cream cheese.
They are also pretty pro trump and are a bit too vocal about it. So won’t be back. My one and done.

Diane Rizzo put this place on the map for me and my office. She respresented the establishment with service and great positivity. Probably the best bagel I've had in Texas and definately the best around Houston. The spreads and sandwiches are quite amazing. You can tell Jersey bagel uses the highest quality ingredients and its just fun to go in there! Keep it up, Rizzo! You're bagels, I mean forget about it, they are the best!! I have told alot of people to try this place and they love it now. Try this cool place for a bite.

My first time here, and wow. Zy recommended the French toast bagel with cinnamon toast creme cheese, and wow. 10/10 Great vibes, Great service (THANKS ZY!) and a damn good bagel.
Very good food but I came in on a thurday at 1:45 pm and tried to order food but was told the kitchen was closed. The employees were all not very friendly and nice.

Great place to eat bagels, but cleanliness needs improvement. This is an excellent spot for bagels. I ordered The Matador on garlic bread and asked to add bacon. The Matador comes with egg, chorizo, and jalapeños, and it’s honestly delicious — full of flavor and very satisfying. However, I have to mention that the place was quite dirty. During the time I was there, I didn’t see any staff cleaning the tables, and it felt like the employees weren’t very concerned about keeping the restaurant clean. The food is great, but the cleanliness really needs attention.
