I had a terrible experience at this location that was made worse by the owner/manager not acknowledging the problem! Do not place large group orders here, especially hours in advance to pick up time, unless you want to wait an extra 45 min for one person to prepare the whole order 15 min after you arrive for your pick up time. Because you will watch the other 5-6 team members help everyone else that walks in the store during that time which was roughly about 30 people. And when you ask for an update on when the order that was supposed to be ready 45 min ago will be ready because your whole office is waiting for lunch and their break is over in 15 min, you get an attitude and a very rude response! The person making the sandwiches apologized for the wait which went a long way because he was working hard by himself and clearly felt bad. When I got back the office, we realized 4 sandwiches were completely wrong & we had a missing sandwich. So, one team member didn't get a lunch! I sent an email that was forwarded to the owner/manager that couldn't be bothered to reply. So needless to say the 15 min birthday team lunch was very disappointing! In the industry that I work in, when someone is not satisfied with a service provided, we speak to them so we can find out what happened and do what we can to make it right. Clearly, this is not the case at this location, so do not waste your time or money here, or you will be disappointed.

THE RUDEST cashier EVER! i walked in to check for my to go order. as they are sitting on a shelf right out front for customers to see if their order is available, i went to check the names. the greasy haired unshaven man working as cashier rudely moved them in a manner so that i could not see the names! cant even contemplate what the problem was. guess he was having a bad day as the line was long but isnt that just further reason for me to be able to check for my own order? i spend too much on lunch daily to return for this rude behavior. ill drive to another jersey mikes where theres not a problem with customer pick up.

I eat jersey mikes like once a week their sandwiches are just so much better than any other sandwich shop. Number 7 is the best imo. I usually go to this location but been to others that are just as good.

Can't help it. I walk in at open and they have a giant pan of bacon. So I ordered a BLT and I have to say I have been back to do it again and will be repeating this more often.

First time there. Waitied 15 mins in line. The lady that was putting the toppings on the sandwich move like a snail and the guy at the register rude. Didn't give me a receipt and when i ask gave the duplicate one. He rushes customers at the register. Need better people working

First time going to this location and will be the last time I go to this location. Manager is very rude, also on top of being greeted with an attitude. After telling said manager my order, he took and started a customer order that walked in the restaurant 2 to 3 minutes after me! Service at this location is complete trash! Which makes the whole company look bad! Plus cashier knew so he didn’t want to give me a receipt so that I couldn’t complete survey. What the community has to deal with while spending our money!Kid-friendliness: There wasnt any friendliness

Lazy couldn’t even begin to describe the two workers. They’re just chatting and going as slow as possible as though they had no work to do. Come on people hire better workers not just the cheapest people you can find.

Me and my friend came in to buy subs for ourselves and one for a homeless guy. The homeless guy wasn't even there with us and the workers had such a bad attitude. It was literally nobody else in the store but me and my friend and the three workers and they were trying to rush us to order. we had never been to Jersey Mike's before so obviously it's gonna take a minute to look at the menu and decide on what we want. I had checked out and the worker didn't even offer me my receipt or say anything she just charged my card and walked away. There were no smiles on their faces through the whole interaction. While they were making the homeless guy sandwich he had came in and he wanted some chips so I bought that for him as well. The two workers were staring us down like we were in some western movie. I don't know why they had such bad attitudes it's not like they paid for the sandwich or chips or drink. f*** that place don't go there. The homeless guy had sat down to eat his meal and the workers would just not stop staring. I don't see what the big deal is he wasn't bothering a single person he was just eating and they just couldn't help but stare. Never going back here again bc of the staffs attitude. Also the subs were just OK.
