This place has the rudest customers. They are abusive to the young employees that work there. These young people are doing the best they possibly can and the rude customers are MEAN. I wish the company would do more to protect them. Be kind to the hard working people making your food.

First off, stay away from the fountain drinks because you're going to get diluted soda. I got a Pepsi which could have passed off as soda water. I always get number 26 at Jersey Mike's and I love it to bits. If this location was the first place I got the 26, I certainly will not visit a JM's ever again; it was that atrocious. They served me a cold white bread, semi melted cheese, lukewarm chicken and cheese smeared on the wrapper. The only positive was the bacon, which remained crunchy. This is a no go store. I visited on 2/26/25.

Update: I sent an email as requested 3 weeks ago, and I am still waiting for a response 🙄

I love Jersey Mike's, and I was so excited when the Copperfield location open. I have came to the location several times and the workers threw the watermelon tea away before closing. One young man told me they throw it out an hour before closing. The next time I came 90 minutes before closing, and they had already threw the tea away. When I reminded them of what I was told previously, they told me they were slow that day. I left and went to other Jersey Mike's that had Texas Select watermelon tea. On Sunday I noticed there were other workers in the restaurant. I told the workers my dilemma. I was informed another customer had the same concern, so they kept some watermelon tea in the back. The workers were very nice and apologetic unlike the other previous workers. I have opened up an account with Texas Select to order my own watermelon tea. I am sorry I didn't get everyone's name. The youth men from Sunday reminded me a few bad apples 🍎 do not ruin the entire patch.

First, I rarely eat subs but due to my kids loving them, decided to give them a try this week. I had a great experience the first time but the subsequent visit the next day was really disappointing.

I tried posting 2 separate reviews but the site prevents me from doing so here it goes for both visits. The bad outweighs the good.

On 1/28, this was experience around 3 pm.
The Philly cheese steak was perfect. Cheese was melted through out the sandwich. It was warm and perfect. The hot beef sandwich was perfect as well. Due to the sandwiches being so delicious, we decided to get another of the same on 1/29.

Here’s the review for following day about the same time. It was different as night and day. Most of the cheese was barely melted but also outside of the sandwich on the wrapper. It was basically just a steak sandwich with no cheese. The temperature wasn’t warm enough to melt what little cheese left in the sandwich. The meat was barely lukewarm, a tiny step above room temperature. If the same chef made these sandwiches, he is inconsistent with the quality of his work. He could benefit from coaching. If it was a different chef, he/she should be retrained or let go.

This ends my eating of subs at any restaurant.

Ordered delivery one Sunday evening. I was supposed to get 4 different sandwiches, but 2 of them were the same thing. When I called the store and asked for the manager the person said to hold on that the manager was busy. They then hung up on me. I called back and a different person answered and I asked if they were the manager, in which they said they weren't and that the manager wasn't there all day. I tell them my situation and they told me to reorder the sandwich, but when I explained that it wouldn't be fair to have to pay the delivery fees and service fees again they didn't understand and were dismissive. At the time I didn't have a car and they didn't seem to understand why I wouldn't want to get an uber either when it was their mistake for getting the order wrong. They then told me I could call tomorrow and that the manager would issue me a refund for the missing sandwich. They even confirmed that they would leave a note for the manager.

Next day I call and the guy I spoke to recognized the order issue and made it seem like they were starting to process the refund. Then I didn't hear them anymore but I could hear the whole store and when I called out if anyone was still there I got no answer. I was never told to hold or that they were having an issue processing the refund I was just left there on the line ignored. About 20 minutes later, my mom comes home and we drive to the store still on the line to see what's going on. There's like 4 staff working and the one that left me on the line was the main one making people's orders and was like "oh yeah oops I forgot" while motioning to the phone he left on the counter. Even though there were 3 other people there working who could've worked on people's orders he continued making the other people's sandwiches even though when I called it was before any of those customers were there. So after waiting for him to finish the other people's orders he tells me he isn't able to do the refund and he calls the manager on the phone for help. They can't get it resolved. I talk to the manager on the phone and we have to come back the next day in the morning when he's there.

Next day, I'm unable to go in the morning, but my mom is able to go to the store again. The manager was very apologetic and was able to honor the refund that we were told we'd get.

While we appreciate the issue eventually being resolved and the manager being apologetic. What we thought was a minor issue that should've been resolved easily ended up stretching out days and causing unnecessary stress. We're not satisfied with the way the staff treated us from being hung up on and treated dismissively the first night, to being ignored and not communicated with the second day.

Best Jersey Mike's I have been to for takeout. The service is great due to the servers being great with people. They give smiles and get them in return. Positive people and product exceeds some other sandwich chains.

Parking: You may have to park to the side lot and walk a short distance. There is handicap parking and ramp in front of strip center.
