Placed an order for pickup and was missing a sandwich and called the store and told me I would have to go back to the store to pick up the sandwich or go another day to pick up and would not do a refund over the phone.

I went in their march 23 I did order online to avoid the waiting time but come to find out I had to sit their and watch other people barley coming in getting their food before me .i was patient and waited a little longer but after seeing it continues happening for 10 -15 min I asked the associate again if my order is ready .associate told me to wait to even be able to ask that question and even recive the cups for the my drinks .Turns out my order was ready since I got their him and the other associate seem like they were not communicating and were not paying attention overall store team needs proper training again horrible service.

Told me they weren't open because they wanted to close early. While I understand wanting to close on time, closing up early and turning away customers isn't ideal. Won't be back.

Do you have sphere is pretty clean and cool, but every time I order he always getting something wrong for no reason and I always tell them exactly what I want I don’t know maybe it’s because I’m from the East Coast and how we make our hoagies are different which they call them subs down here.Vegetarian options: When someone asks you to create what you want and you ask for sweet peppers, but they give you banana peppers think about it

I went in on Sunday, 11/12/23. It was my first time to ever go to Jersey Mike’s, the staff were nice and friendly. I had the turkey sandwich with cheese, “Mike’s Way”, with oil, vinegar, lettuce, tomato, extra spices, extra mayo and added jalapeños. My god it was so good, especially the way the bread lightly soaked up the oil and vinegar mix. I got a full sized sandwich and scarfed the whole thing down pretty quickly. Can’t wait to go back and eat from here again!

Snotlout Is A God

I think I may have found my new sub sandwich shop, and it’s Jersey Mikes! The sandwiches are big and delicious. Probably a bit big as I wasn’t sure how the giant size would be. Still pretty good and the gentleman who waited on me was very nice and kind. He was nice enough to ask how my day was and struck up a conversation about the Astros game. Guess I’ll definitely be back but ordering a smaller sized sandwich next time, not that I didn’t enjoy it, just a bit too much for the giant sized ones.

I'm not a cheese steak connoisseur, but I really enjoyed their Famous Philly. Friendly service. The server who took my order recommended the parmesan bread which is a good choice. I was there between 11 and 11:30 AM on a Friday. They had a steady flow of customers, and when they weren't serving walk-ins, they were busy with outside orders.

Love the food, this location has messed up my order three times in a row. Service is lazy, orders take forever and they still mess it up somehow.

Here's my biggest issue with this location. They make good sandwiches & the cheesesteaks are great but unfortunately they seem to cut/shred all of their lettuce early in the day. So by 4:00 or 5:00 in the afternoon, the lettuce is all starting to brown. I have had three different instances where I had to ask them to actually switch the lettuce out because they were using the browning lettuce on sandwiches. Every time I ask, of course, I always get an attitude but quite honestly I don't care about somebody's feelings especially if I'm paying good money. I'm not going to eat brown lettuce!This needs to be addressed, manager/owner/district manager!

My wife left her debit card mistakenly and collected later. we found the sales person start using that for online purchase which is so unreliable. Obviously the responsibilities goes to the store and the brand .

The manager left early that day around 1pm. I arrive around 2:40 pm for lunch. Arriving at the location, you can already feel not welcome. The only people in the store were the people waiting for delivery pickup. I walked to the order location, and no one acknowledged me for about 3 minutes. The only reason I stayed was because Chipotle was full next door.
