Went to get a sandwich they took my order. The employee that was making the sandwiches was very very slow. While still standing in line was able to go use the bathroom come back he was still on the same sandwich sat down in a chair while still waiting in line and then when he was done with the sandwich just walks to the back and left the other customers up front even the other customers were surprised that he just left. Been to this one before I don't know what was going on but please check your customer service It was horrific last night. Got tired of waiting for almost 20 minutes. Got up and left and went to Chipotle. Will not be coming back here. Wish I could give zero stars!

The service was terrible. I ordered online and waited for 20 minutes, only to be skipped by people who were ordering in-store. On Sunday, January 11, 2026, all three employees had the worst possible energy, and I couldn’t wait to leave. Hopefully “Corey” the manager is reading reviews.

This location sucks. They always seem to be out of something, it was pickles today, which I honestly find hard to believe. Sounds like nobody was willing to get another jar of pickles from the back. I stood in the store for a good 6 minutes while multiple employees stared me in the face but refused to acknowledge me. A heap of burnt bacon sitting in the front counter, they literally don’t do anything right at this location. I’ll stick to the Bellaire location even though it’s not convenient. The employees here lack execution and competence to say the least.

I usually don't see much difference at sandwich shops, but popped in here to try the bacon ranch. The food was great and the staff was very friendly. Jersey Mike's will be my go to sandwich place from now on.

Avoid this location at lunch. Crazy long wait times (25-min today) with all the app orders. My order came out (from the back) and it sat on the counter for 10-min before someone decided to look and call out names. The staff was pleasant but overwhelmed.

Do not order sub in a tub here. What a pile of trash. Had to throw the whole thing away because there was a good inch of vinegar at the bottom, lettuce was not edible as it was soaked. Meat and cheese all soaked. and a whole jar of mayo on top. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve never had this issue at any other Mikes, this was awful and got thrown away.

Can’t NOT douse a sandwich in mayo. I have an egg allergy. I love their sandwiches. I can NEVER order a sandwich without having them remake it. If I order it delivered, I can’t eat it. To be clear, I order it WITHOUT mayo. So disappointing.
