Do not order sub in a tub here. What a pile of trash. Had to throw the whole thing away because there was a good inch of vinegar at the bottom, lettuce was not edible as it was soaked. Meat and cheese all soaked. and a whole jar of mayo on top. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve never had this issue at any other Mikes, this was awful and got thrown away.

I really like the original sandwiches. I have heard of Jersey Mike’s, but never tried them until I was in Los Angeles. I was stuck on the other name brand sandwich. I will definitely go back.

Can’t NOT douse a sandwich in mayo. I have an egg allergy. I love their sandwiches. I can NEVER order a sandwich without having them remake it. If I order it delivered, I can’t eat it. To be clear, I order it WITHOUT mayo. So disappointing.

I think they are short staffed at this location. The workers behind the counter were overwhelmed when I came in during lunch. There were only two of them. They tried their best, they really did. The veggies didn't appear fresh at this location and my sub was ok.
Maybe when they hire more people the quality will be better.

I've never been in a convoluted JM. Stood in line over 20 minutes to place my order then after taking another 15 minutes to get my food made it was given to the wrong person which I pretty much told them had happened before the guy came back and said he had the wrong sandwich. Made sandwiches were just being piled up on the counters instead of trying to actively distribute them out as they were made. Customers just stacked up in their patiently waiting and no one is being proactive. Understand it is lunch time but that is when you make it count. Ppl are probably trying to get in and get out back to work. Please do better.

Very ashamed to say i’ve ate here 4 times in one week… This evening I came in and noticed they had some fresh bread that looked a little different than the one I always get, I mentioned I didn’t know they made other breads and the person up front told me what kind it was and even went so far as to cut me off a piece to try while I waited for my to go order! I love and appreciate thoughtful acts of kindness like that always! Really great service thank you!! I recommend the chipotle cheesesteak and the number 7!
