Jersey Mike's roast beef is some of the absolute best- and the locations are consistent about it and I am VERY picky on meat quality. This store stands out because of the service and the speed even when the lines are long. Great food AND great service. 10/10

I place a delivery order for a #44 with extra cheese. Majority of the cheese was stuck to the paper. I asked for lettuce and tomato and there was none in there. The bread was soggy. I called the store, the first time I asked for a manager the lady I believe her name may have been Keisha that answered the phone hung up on me after she asked me to hold. Then I called back and the same lady answered and I asked for the manager again, she said the store manager wasn't working that day and she was the assistant or something. I'm not sure if she gave a fake name or not but I told her my issue and she claimed that the person who made my food was training. I said I know how that is but how are you able to make it right for me. She said I could come in or get a refund. I asked for a refund. I never received it. I also used my points to order so I didn't know how that would work. It seems like she said what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone and then hoped that I wouldn't realize or call back. I've been an Manager at Jersey Mike's and that is poor communication from the management team on how to make it right with the customer. With how much jersey mikes charges for sandwiches I expect neat sandwiches and excellent service like we were required when I worked there. Disappointed overall and it really makes me question the quality of the sandwiches from this location.

Walked in with my family party of 6 (four kids) and had such a great experience. Derek and Anderson we're so helpful but most importantly very patient. Thank you young men, your kindness is appreciated. Obviously our subs were delicious as well!!!

Spoke to Brian about having an order that was messed up the night before remade. He asked me 10 questions in a roundabout way called me a liar. He hung up on me. I had to call back and then he said it’s an accident. I remained super professional and polite in the beginning but when he started calling me a liar I just told him I’ll do a charge back with my credit again and hell up the phone because he was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful at that point in time. I will be sure to do the survey on the receipt continuing this and do a charge back with my credit union because of the general managers unprofessionalism and downright rudeness.
