This store has the best management out of all the stores I’ve visited, I drive an extra 10 minutes to visit this location for lunch. The girl crew is always so kind, best customer service, never had any issues, even when there’s a long line I get my order within 5 mins which is amazing!

Really wish I could give them a 0 placed an online order on Christmas Eve for my Son 16th Birthday used my points for the order & when I arrived the manager girl with the hijab on said she was told per corporate I couldn't use my points which I know was a LIE her & the other 2 worker's that was there didn't wanna make my sandwiches I had ordered & used 700 of my points, I was only given 2 hot sandwiches & not my other 5 sandwiches so we're is my points back on my Account, I know the real reason they didn't wanna make them is cause they had a big cater order but that's not how you handle Business By Lying to a customer, cause I sure tried to call the customer support number while I was in there & they aren't open so she told a Bold Face Lie

Food quality and taste is really good, price not right. Also when they cleaned the counter/around the fresh produce/ingredients they used a dirty rag, probably contaminating food and possibly making customers sick.

This is by far the best location hands down and I've only been to 2. I had an interaction with every worker on the clock and it was amazing My sandwich was made with love love. I felt like my siblings were making my food and I was the baby of the crew. I took a recommendation from the crew and was not disappointed! I ordered the #9 Club Supreme Grilled and Toasted the "Mike's Way"! Thank You Woodlake Square for taking care of me and my 5 orders

This place always closes down early not 9:00First experience grill was shut down at 830 worker had a attitude because I order told me he just cleaned the grill I asked what time do you close them he decided to make sandwichMy second experience I went in today same issue closed down the register at 8:20 can't take any more cash
