The 249 tomball parkway location has the best customer service and sandwich makers of any location that I’ve been to. They welcome you in friendly and make a perfect sandwich every time. It’s always clean with clean tables to enjoy your food. Thank you to the entire crew!

I stop by Jersey Mike's at least 3 times a week for my principal and myself and each time I had such a great experience. The staff was so friendly and made me feel welcome right away. My sandwich was made fresh right in front of me, and you can really taste the difference.

I ordered the Original Italian “Mike’s Way,” and it was delicious—the bread was soft, the veggies were crisp, and the flavors blended perfectly with the juice on top. The portions were generous, and everything tasted really fresh and high quality.

The store itself was clean, and even though it was busy, my order came out quickly. Jersey Mike’s has definitely become one of my go-to spots when I want a sandwich that’s made right.

Went in for the FIRST time and the 2 Hispanic boys at the counter saw me looking at the menu and never asked how can I help you. Never said welcome in.They turned their back to me and kept talking to each other. One of them had an earring in his nose with curly hair in his face. So I walked back out. NOT professional. NO hospitality whatsoever. VERY ignorant and uneducated. My 1st time and LAST time coming here. No wonder they didn't have alot of customers.

Today was my first visit to Jersey Mikes and Joshua was amazing he provided excellent customer service and was very patient with me he was very knowledgeable he walked me through the menu and helped me pick my new favorite sandwich which was the number 13 it was delicious I will definitely be back..Customer and sandwich were both a 10 out of 10..Big thanks to Joshua keep up the good work

This Jersey Mikes is amazing! Roland made our sandwiches and I couldn’t believe what a good memory he has- he had 3 or 4 orders going at once and made them perfectly. He even gave my kids free cookies. We had a great experience here!

Been here since they first opened , I’ve doordashed my food , mobile picked up and ordered in person and it’s ALWYAS been awesome :)

Love Jersey Mike’s—fresh subs, great flavor, and the Pepsi always hits. But this new location near my house has been disappointing lately. First visit was great, but the last two felt rushed and careless. I had to repeat my order several times and correct skipped steps. Staff seemed overwhelmed and annoyed when asked for anything extra. Management really needs to step in and tighten things up—this spot has potential but the service is slipping fast.

not only did they get my order wrong when i SPECIFICALLY said to not put any peppers in my chipotle sub,they didn’t put any chipotle sauce on my CHIPOTLE sub also didn’t even put any mayo.jersey mikes count to days!

This was one of the best Jersey Mikes I’ve been to. Greeted me at the door. Was clean. Made sure to make my sandwich how I wanted it.
