I ordered two all the ways, and then it became busy, team became frantic, came home and found both my sandwiches with just meat in it after repeating a few times they should be all the way. Not sure I like spending money where it’s a 50/50 chance on the service.

Ordered sandwich on wheat. Guy says they don’t have wheat. Coworker corrected him that they do and he got the bread. Started my sandwich. Another customer came in and told my guy’s coworker his order. My guy started that order and ignored mine even after the customer told him he should wait until mine is done. He didn’t care and proceeded to work on the other sandwich. Meanwhile, another customer came in and my guy’s coworker was on to that one. So I get there first but I’m treated last???

Y’all done fell off. Closed for 2 weeks for renovations, and the food tasted weird when I finally grabbed a sub when y’all opened back up. Meat tasted weird. This was my fav spot. I won’t be back.

Went today and it had a sign on the Door saying Temporarily Closed. 😭

The service is wonderful and its exhilarating to see the workers make the sandwich infront of you.

My kids absolutely love this location... it's the service and the taste of the sandwiches...they never disappoint!!! True Jersey Fans will appreciate this location...Go see for yourself TX!!

The staff always greets me with a warm welcome & smiles when I walk in. For me, Iesha makes the best cheese steak in town....my only reason I keep coming back. It's hard for me to pick another sub on the menu because she makes it so delicious, literally mouth watering in every bite. Thank you Iesha & staff for always treating me as a valued customer!!

I'm from Philly so I'm always looking for a good cheese steak when I'm away from home and this place makes the best I've found by far. The only thing they don't have is Ketchup but you can order the same way you do at MAXXs or one of the hood jawns. ( people from Philly will understand). And even though this store is in Houston even they know that cheesewiz DOES NOT go on a cheese steak!!
