Great team, great customer service and cleanliness of the store .
I used to go to the one on westheimer but came here one time and now I just come here this place is always on point very clean and organized , staff is always so happy and welcoming every time . This is an example of great employees team working together happy and always in a good mood ready to help . My sandwiches is always delicious and fresh

Sandwiches are good and employees are very nice, but orders are almost never on time. I would say only 1 in 10 of my online pickup orders are ready when it says they should be. Expect to wait an additional 10-15 minutes past when your order says it will be ready.

Excellent customer service today by Chris!!! Chris went above and beyond to make sure we had the best of what Jersey Mikes has to offer. He even recommended his favorite sandwich (which we tried) & it was so bomb! Maurice was also very sweet & cared about making sure he prepared the rest of the order correctly! The restaurant was clean as always!

Pathetic workers, horrible customer service. Open sign off, when I mentioned it they didn't care. Stop hiring these people that represent your business so poorly, they do even greet you properly. Sad to say this is the new normal. Customer service sucks almost everywhere.

The Philly cheesesteak, for me, is where it's at. For some reason, when I first tried their subs, I didn't find anything special about them. However, I have lately changed my mind about it and find it really good.

It’s 8:15, and I came here to pickup dinner. They’re telling me they’re closed… yet everything on the internet says they close at 9pm.

Great subs. Very clean restaurant. Crew is efficient in making subs. Ordered a #3 and a #13 sub, both mini, with chips and drink.
