Ms. Kim and Ms. Momina were extremely sweet, they joked with me while still being able to do their job quick as well! Sandwich was made beautifully and hope to see them again! 10/10 recommend this place.

I came here to leave a positive review and was a little taken back by the last comment. I’m assuming this is the manager I’m talking about, but she’s simply amazing. I was in today and had the best interaction with her. The staff seemed to respect her, she was doing a million things at once and working extremely hard. I visit this location 3-4x per week and there isn’t a time she isn’t there. The bread is always fresh, the service is great and they work fast. This location stays busy, but they work very efficiently due to great leadership.
I was even gifted a cookie today for being a loyal customer!

So in my opinion this was the best Jersey Mikes in Houston to eat at. But when the main manager left it has become one of the worst. Every time i go the bread is not soft the line takes forever. And on top of that today i ordered waited 30 minutes drove up there and was told they where out of white bread. That i could have it on wheat bread or be credited for another day. The other manager would have never ran this restaurant like this. And this is coming from a customer that eats here usually about 3 or 4 times a week. So iam really close to never eating here again. If the old manager was there he would have refunded my money and gave me the sandwiches. And by doing that he would have kept my business.

When I got there they were out of bread who runs out of bread. And when I came back Byron was very, very rude to me and almost kicked me out because I asked for all the king inconvenience to buy a roll of fresh bread. What's our policy? I get that, but you know the Jersey way. Come on now, are you kidding me? I will never go back and I am so upset because I am from Jersey and the way I was treated tonight was absolutely ridiculous. And I have been coming here for years because I live in Texas. I will be going to primos from now on, and I am just devastated with the service and the way these little boys talk to me

Let me tell you I came in here close to closing time, and although it was just three dudes in there Jack, Byron and Brandon. They were an absolute dream team!! Made me feel welcome and wanting to come back again and again! FYI, I’ve eaten at Jersey Mike’s all over, but these boys put together the best sandwich I’ve ever had

I ordered via doordash. I got a cali club added jalapeños with a side of jalapeño chips & received it with NO avocado or bacon & they ADDED red & yellow peppers to it which i didn’t ask for … & to top it off i got spicy dill pickle chips ?? Im confused why they completely messed up the whole order so bad .
