There’s an older lady there name Heidi or something along those lines. Nasty attitude, stopped speaking to a customer to fuss at the young man checking me out. She gave me thin slices not even a full circle. So thin literally caught my attention. I left without my paid drink. Didn’t even bother. Hate that she is so miserable there. Makes it such a pain to go back.

Words to even say…. Please watch the cameras at 7:00 1/3 happy new year, horrible go to subway where you can have it your way.
I understand people have bad days but you shouldn’t bring it work blind leading the blind.

The New Old Man Cowen

I have been eating at this particular Store for about 5 years. Averaging about 1/3 times a month. Usually my food is really good and have never had an issue. Today however, I’m a little disappointed. Ordered the #13 as I always do and I always add mayo and Banana peppers. Received my order and those items weren’t on there. I’m not mad but the sandwich ain’t right without it. Please make sure all employees are following the orders. Things like this frustrate people.

I went earlier to Jersey mikes for the first time and I didn’t grab the guy who helped me name but he was amazing! He helped me create the perfect sub and went over everything on the menu! 10/10 service will definitely be back! I told him I’d write a review to update him on my sandwich if he reads this it was delicious! The spicy relish was the best decision ever!

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 25 + years. Frequented the Rice Village store mostly. Having been from NY, I worked in a Deli during HS. The last 3 visits to the Sam Houston store I’ve been disappointed with the amount of meat in my sandwich. They usually are making two sandwiches at a time. I always get a giant roast beef and an regular Italian. It comes out to over $30.00 and then I give a 15% tip. I specifically told the worker that the last 2 times there wasn’t much meat in the roast beef sandwich. Same small amount of meat again. Not what I expect from your store since I have visited many Jersey Mike’s throughout Texas. Where’s the Beef ?

Came to the restaurant around 2 pm with some coupons and the young man helping my sister and I out was rude from the beginning. I tried giving him the coupon and he pointed at the scanner without a word and when it was my sister’s turn to pay for her order, he snatched it out of her hand and scanned it. Also before I had paid, I asked if my sandwiches could be cut if they weren’t. He said “We don’t cut sandwiches here.”
We left the store, went to our car for about 4-5 minutes, and came back with a bogo coupon. Our sandwiches were made and guess what they did? They cut the sandwiches despite saying not too long ago that “they don't do that here.” When the time came to redeem the bogo, I scanned it instead of even trying to hand it to the worker and the young man immediately said “You cant do that.” Which doesn’t make any sense because it was a separate order from the ones we had placed prior, so how come the coupon was all of a sudden irredeemable? My mom had called after we left and they informed us the manager wouldn't be back until Friday when we asked for them. When she asked why nobody could help me with the coupon, the woman who the phone was given to bluntly said “It just wouldn’t scan.”
I understand as a food service worker myself that things happen with the POS, but the attitude I received just left a horrible impression. Not even a “I’m sorry, but the system didn’t take it.” Which I would’ve understood. Food was great but the service that came with it was horrible.

Outstanding 10/10 experience on 05/01/2025 @ 4:23pm. My kids and I were greeted with such delight as we walked in the door to start.
I walked in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted to order, but the manager and her staff quickly changed my mind to one of the most delicious sandwiches I’ve had yet! (: (the chicken salad sandwich the mikes way) my kids ordered (a bacon, turkey, cheese mini).
The crew members and manager Arely G. / Nathan / Naomi F/ and Adrian G honestly were the sweetest people and they each had outstanding customer service. I will be back with my family to this exact location thanks to this amazing crew on this day ♥️✨

I Ordered a regular turkey and provolone mikes way no vinegar and the sandwich came swimming in oil. The excessive amount of olive oil ruined the sandwich.

I ordered a #13 and when I arrived at my home there was a turkey sub. Now when I arrived I knew the experience would be different, bc I didn’t recognize any of the employees . There were three employees and there are usually two . They were attempting to make many sandwiches and one time instead of taking their time. The sub that was handed to me belonged to the guys in front of me . They were using some sort of card to pay with and the employees DID NOT know how to use it . They then asked me to pay and handed me the incorrect sandwich . I’m very disappointed and upset. Bc now not only do I not have dinner but I don’t have lunch for work tomorrow.
