I came to Jersey mikes for the very FIRST time on Tuesday 2/6/2024 and the young man in the front was too busy slicing turkey and left me standing there with out saying a word for at least 7min before even acknowledging me. I only have a30 min lunch and when he finally took my order he said it will be another 5-10 minutes so I left. The food looked very delicious and FRESH although the employee does not have any customer service I will be back to try Jersey mikes.

First time at Jersey mikes probably last. The moment I walked in the man behind the grill already had an attitude because he had turned grill off before closing. After I walked in with my daughter 4 other customers walked in as well. All were greeted by his stink attitude. The lady working was doing her best to cater to customers. But it was clear we were burdens by being paying customers which helps him keep his job. Spent almost $50 tonight on 3 sandwiches to get that treatment.

First time here and experience was not it. None of the people who worked there looked like they even wanted to be there. One of the ladies was yelling like she couldn’t hear herself and you need to yell back just to be heard. I had asked for extra meat and I know for a fact they didn’t give me that bc it was literally the same amount as the sandwich next to me and that guy didn’t ask for extra meat. I get the same Sammy every time so I know the difference. The meat itself for being so early in the day didn’t look fresh. I usually look very much forward to this Sammy but today is different. One of the many reasons I dislike going anywhere for lunch. Bunch of people who don’t care about the final product bc they don’t gotta eat it. Waste of $14. Very uninspired. Taste like it looks - mid.

Came into the place after a long day with a big appetite... William with absolute kindness took my order and Naomi with style and grace prepared my food to perfection!!! And to boot the music playing was soothing enough to put me in a daze for a minute just eating and enjoying my food!!! Thanks guys I'm leaving here satisfied!!!

I get better service at the east freeway location. I will definitely not come back to this location ever. I ordered in person first impression friendly second I ordered felt rushed they got the wrong bread I seen told them they asked me what they should do!? Hmmm obviously give me the correct bread I paid for it. Common sense. They looked mad and very salty about it. At the end they just changed the top part of the bread because the supervisor lady told her to just do that. So thanks for the bad attitude and bad service.

The crew members are all nice especially the guy that over-greets everyone when they walk in the door, some may be annoyed by it but I love it because it shows the joy he brings to the job and customers. Gray, the GM is exceptional as well. I had a problem on my last visit and I went in today and he made up for what happened last time. I love visiting this location.

Worst ever customer service. It is one hour that I have been waiting for my order. There are like 50 people waiting. There are only 3 people working inside the store to make more than 100 sandwiches. Very bad. This is my last time. I paid the full price I didn't know about any promotion. How is this possible? Bad management, worst service ever. The employees cannot answer you any question. I see why this Jersey Mike's is always empty. I had my husband come all the way from Humble to pick up a sandwich for me and bring it to me for lunch. I ordered a classic italian,and when I bit into it, it ended up being a spicy one. I have severe hot flashes and one of the things I can not eat. Is spicy foods for that reason, I do not order spicy food. So thanks, jersey Mike's for ruining my lunch. I am in the Chemical.plant working night shift and there is not much. I can do about it but try to eat it. I won't be buying jersey Mike's ever again. And you'll owe me for half a sandwich. I might be going over there for my refund. $20.00 is a waste of money for one sandwich when they don't get your order right.

Even since 2020, Ive been coming here. Slowly but surely stopped going to Subway. Prices are a little up there but its worth it for the better quality ingredients. Customer service is great, they hardly make any mistakes. Keep doing what y’all doing.

The #3&11 were great! We’re Jersey people and LOVE your product BUT you had enough ladies behind the counter for a larger area! Also, the ladies room was filthy and NO PAPER PRODUCTS!! I had to dry my hands on my jeans! When I told the young lady at the register she looked annoyed..Suggestion, THE PRODUCT SELLS ITSELF.. You NEED LEADERSHIP..
