First time going to any Jersey Mike's, ever (I mentioned that to them also). Not one person behind the counter cracked a smile. They looked at me as if I was supposed to know what I was going to get. Horrible customer service for a sub that wasn't all that great (the cheese was way too overpowering). $33 for a horrible experience. I tipped too by the way... ☹️

Best short-order sandwich shop around! The folks here are so nice and welcoming, I walked out of there happy and I hadn’t even tasted the sandwich yet. Even if the sandwich had been bad, I was definitely going to go back for a second try because they treated every customer I saw with kindness. But guess what- the sandwich was great! Soft bread, great rich cheese, quality meat, excellent deliciousness! If you have been skipping Jersey Mike’s, you should check it out.

Drove 20 minutes to location due to having no power and starving. I called before hand and asked if they were open, the man said yes and closing in about an hour. Well now I’m here and the doors are locked? don’t appreciate being lied to :(

10:45 AM 5-9-24. I walked out because my sandwich took a back burner to the large catering order being produced. I sat and watched my sandwich sit next to the 5 or 6 other sandwich’s that were being made. The funny thing is, they were the same sandwich - roast beef and provolone but rather than just finish mine, this employee thought it was better to put onions in mine then all the other ones. Then the lettuce on mine and the all the other ones. After watching this and suggesting to him that he should finish the Sandwiches for the customers that are in the store rather than not in the store he agreed and proceeded to keep fixing the other sandwiches, so I got in my car and left. Review your cameras. A good learning lesson and a loss of a sale as well as a less than desirable review and I won’t go to this location again.

Stopped by w/my 8 yr old around 3:45 4/28/24 on a Sunday. There was 2 younger guys working. Neither was very pleasant. I hate to throw people under the bus so I won’t describe them, but they both seemed like they didn’t wanna be there. Very standoff ish like it bothered them that I came in to order. I just didn’t like the lack of service, literally zero emotion. My sandwich was great so that makes up for it??♀️ If I had been a mystery shopper they would’ve failed miserably
