Ordered a BLT with add on of avocado online . I checked the sandwich when I picked it up and went back inside to let them know they didn't add it. Instead of offering to remake it since he didn't want to add on the sandwich I decided to get a refund. I mean the sandwich is $16 ! That's the least you could've done smh .

Hands down the best customer service. From the moment that you walk in to being checked out.. Jolie is the best as what she does! This is management at its finest. I highly recommend coming to the summerwood jersey mikes location for a quick bite or even for a big order! 🥰

They were super busy and there was a big fat Karen being a Karen because she had to wait for her food longer than usual. Big freaking deal. They staff stayed professional and got her food to her and other customers in a timely fashion.

I had to wait and be late to what I was doing but I still tipped them and thanked them for the food.

I had help from an Alternative looking woman she was absolutely Amazing at what she was doing and suggesting. Very helpful and so nice I hardly go in to places but this is somewhere I see myself going to more ?

This is the best Jersey Mike's in northeast Houston. Stay away from the one in Atascocita and Kingwood if you want a clean restaurant, employees doing the right thing, and of course, good food with a friendly staff. This place looks like a corporate store used for training new employees. Big thanks to the manager for making eating out pleasurable. Keep it up!

I arrived at 8:40 p.m. knowing that they close at 9:00 but they told me that they could only make cold subs because the guy had already completed scrubbing the grill. The store should close at 8:40 instead if that's the case.

Normally they're awesome. Best sandwiches around.Tonight though, they're supposed to close at 9pm.Here I am at 8:45 after driving all the way over here, and the doors are locked. Employees looking at me through the glass like I'm a criminal for thinking they might actually still be open during business hours.I get that they want to go home. I understand doing pre-closing stuff. But don't lock the doors and shut it down before it's time.I spend a minimum of a hundred dollars for the family here. And tonight it's going elsewhere.

Ordered from here for the first time, I ordered a bowl to eat on the go. I did curbside as I had my special needs son in the car with me, making it hard to go inside. I get my bowl and begin my drive only to not have a fork or any napkins. I didnt want my bowl to get soggy so I had to eat it with my fingers!Did i mention, i didnt even get a single napkin? We not be returning, the 1960 location would never! Gave 2 stars because overall the bowl was good, but i had to eat it in sections!
