I'm a frequent customer and every time I come to the store the staff is very friendly, kind, and always makes you feel welcomed. The service is always top notch and food tastes exactly how my sandwich is made, tastes oh so good. Big shout out to this store and staff.

Stop here Saturday Aug 16th around 3:30. The 3 guys working was very busy with to go orders. Was very polite and professional with treat customers who came in, was to turn our sandwiches and to go order smoothly. Awesome group of guys!!

Horrible staff service, we're not attentive at all, and we're rude at all times when speaking. Asked for a simple sandwich and we're questioning the toppings I chose, which Is kind of weird. Would not go back again.

I’m a regular customer and I really enjoy your sandwiches but it’s frustrating to Keep missing ingredients that I’m paying for. Is there something that can be done to prevent from this happening again?

Update: I emailed them with no response.

Looks like Jersey Mike's is going to suffer the same fate as many of the other restaurants in the area like Taco Cabana and Popeyes. Bad attitude, messed up orders, the cleanliness will be next (although its still pretty clean).

I ordered on the app. Just 1 mini and it took about double the time it typically does. The young lady with the long braids acted annoyed that I was there and when my food was finally ready, she barely whispered my name, tossed my sandwich on the counter and walked away. I ordered oil/vinegar on the side so it doesn't get soggy and sure enough, she forgot.

I might give this location another chance but if its like today again, im going to just assume they recently changed managers and its going to go downhill now.

They are the worst and slowest workers you could ever encounter. 3 back to back orders and they were 30mins late or worse on each one. Today's was 40 mins late, passed what the time I was given when I placed the order. What's worse is when you are there the workers move like snails, no urgency at all. Management needs to do significantly better here, they use to be on time with orders but now they are 10x worse than your worst Little Ceasers. Also, there was only 1 other person waiting on their order, while they had 4 workers, from what I saw. Young lady with the one long braid was also very rude. Forget about a greeting, you won't get it here. To make matters worse, we threw one of the sandwhiches in the trash without even biting it since it didn't have any meat only mushrooms. Don't send me a response about me calling Customer Care either, save it. Fix your own problems, don't rely on the customers to do it for you.

Terrible experience! We placed an order through the app today at 7:57 pm & ready to pick up at 812 with a total of $52 . I got there around 8:15. Five min passed so I asked for the status- guy1 said we are working on it. At 8.40 I asked again - how long for order “x” to be ready? Guy1 said we are making it right now & super fast. Guy2 said I’ll like to let you know that there’s no lettuce & no onions (like I have not been there for 30 min listening to him telling every customer they are out of lettuce & onions as they walk in) so I said yeah I heard, that’s fine. They started making my order at that time. I was starving so I just wanted my order. I walked out of the place at 8:58 pm. Got home- I ordered avocado on 2 sandwiches($5 extra) neither had avocado, another sandwich have very little meat and a bowl that was not a bowl without lettuce…A sandwich shop without lettuce eh? Also, what is the point of having an app for this business? It could have been faster if I placed the order when I first walked in.
PS: writing this long review was used as internal therapy so I can let this bad experience about this sandwich shop go…

Today, we watched someone on the noon crew spit on the grill to test if it was hot. That breaks my heart as we go to this location a lot, and now we have to stop. There were other problems as well, but this was the most critical.

Multiple times given a chance after missing KEY ingredients on sandwiches. Bacon on a #9 now Pepperoni on the Mikes Hot Honey. Stood quiet for 30 mins and they STILL jack it up…… they are STRUGGLING and need help Mike…..
