it’s kind of a relief seeing these reviews lol. I have felt uncomfortable each time I’ve ordered from this Jersey Mike’s. Staff does not acknowledge most people who come in, act annoyed while customers are ordering/making food and the energy is just off. Won’t be returning to this location.

This Place Is truly A GEM-I have to start with how friendly the staff was, Evelyn and Laney knew their stuff-fresh and tasty sandwich made right .Way to go team -thank you so much for doing an amazing job.

I love this location. They’re always friendly and provide great service. I go so often, they know me by name and know my order without asking - ha! I highly recommend this location of Jersey Mike’s!

$30 for 2 sandwich combos isn’t what I expected… def not worth that! The sandwiches are ok, not toasted or warmed or even offered that way and the end result is a very simple sandwich. Not worth the money for sure!

Good sandwiches for a fast food place but I feel like it hasn’t been as good lately. It really depends on the employees on any given day.But they probably don’t get paid very well and I know they have to deal with annoying boomers. Even as a customer the boomers drive me crazy, so entitled and rude. I respect anyone who manages to deal with their nonsense trying to earn s living.
It's hit or miss. I love the sandwiches, and many times, they are great. Other times....not so much. Today, we got all sandwiches toasted. We didn't order toasted. As for condiments, some it's great other times, you get a dab. Bring your own pickles, etc...because they get stingy with them too.

It's been consistently good every time I've gone in. Staff gets you in and out quickly.

The food is good with occasional mistakes. However, what is really annoying is that the employees do not acknowledge your existence. I walked in and none of the three employees looked up from what they were doing. I was the only person in the store and two of them were cleaning so they weren't in a busy rush period. I said hi and told them i was there for pick up and one employee looked up for a second and then went back to what he was doing before I even finished my sentence. I had a pickup order so I just grabbed my bag and left but very odd environment.

We went to jersey mike's on Sunday October 22nd 2023 at around 5pm. We were treated extremely rude by a young man with long hair. When we arrived we said hi and asked him how he was doing he told us "its going". He then began huffing and puffing as we began to look at the menu. He throwed the meat and cheese on the counter in discuss as we ordered. I will never go back to that store again. As an older adult, i have never been treated with more disrespect as customer in my life. I encourage everyone to not go to that briskness as they do not care how the service treat the customers. The owner must feel the same way if he hires and trains that type of employees. It is a true reflection on the ownership.

They forget my add on toppings every single time I order from here. On the bright side, its right across the street from an H-E-B so I just bought my own jalapeños and banana peppers.
