Good sandwiches for a fast food place but I feel like it hasn’t been as good lately. It really depends on the employees on any given day.But they probably don’t get paid very well and I know they have to deal with annoying boomers. Even as a customer the boomers drive me crazy, so entitled and rude. I respect anyone who manages to deal with their nonsense trying to earn s living.

It's hit or miss. I love the sandwiches, and many times, they are great. Other times....not so much. Today, we got all sandwiches toasted. We didn't order toasted. As for condiments, some it's great other times, you get a dab. Bring your own pickles, etc...because they get stingy with them too.

The food is good with occasional mistakes. However, what is really annoying is that the employees do not acknowledge your existence. I walked in and none of the three employees looked up from what they were doing. I was the only person in the store and two of them were cleaning so they weren't in a busy rush period. I said hi and told them i was there for pick up and one employee looked up for a second and then went back to what he was doing before I even finished my sentence. I had a pickup order so I just grabbed my bag and left but very odd environment.

I haven't been to the el dorado location but I have been to the Spencer highway in deer park and I will say it was umm ok so I guess three stars is good for what I ordered. Although I wish the would said they put mayo on a Philly cheesesteak .. 1. I'm a New York native that moved to Texas and know Philly cheesesteaks in Philly look like and this was not it.. it was nothing like an actual Philly cheese. I was unexpressed by said sandwich and I don't use mayo at all just vinegar and olive oil along with the grilled onions,bell peppers,red peppers, along with meat lettuce olives and pickles.. yes pickles they hit with the cheesesteak . It was a decent sandwich but could be better

We went to jersey mike's on Sunday October 22nd 2023 at around 5pm. We were treated extremely rude by a young man with long hair. When we arrived we said hi and asked him how he was doing he told us "its going". He then began huffing and puffing as we began to look at the menu. He throwed the meat and cheese on the counter in discuss as we ordered. I will never go back to that store again. As an older adult, i have never been treated with more disrespect as customer in my life. I encourage everyone to not go to that briskness as they do not care how the service treat the customers. The owner must feel the same way if he hires and trains that type of employees. It is a true reflection on the ownership.
Extremely 'meh'. Jimmy John's is a superior sandwich shop. I'll eat at Subway before I bother with Jersey Mike's again.I miss when there was a Quizno's on every block.

Bad experience at el dorado location.Saturday around 8:30 8/19/232 guys who were there didn’t care what customer wanted.Not professional and confused and bad service on top they look at each other and laugh at their customer.I will not recommend this location.

Love this place eat here often. We leave is always clean and they always have eneoughbstaff even when it's busy you aren't waiting long. Can't believe this and subway are competitors. They are night and day The sandwhiches are so fresh meat cut right in front of you. I get it mikes way which has oil and seasoning. I've tried most of the sandwhich but pretty much stick with the number 8 which is a club with out roast beef. The Philly is pretty good as well. Try the root beer here even if you don't like root beer you will love theirs.
