I went to this restaurant this afternoon, and it was a terrible experience. The food was bad, and the Aguas Frescas tasted awful—completely undrinkable. Despite the poor quality, they still charged me for everything, including the drinks. Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend this place.

Price is no good $7.78 a maracuyá (passion fruit) drink the menu is super off on prices I paid 46 dollars on food for 2 ppl they don't honor the price on the menu I will never go again plus service was bad...

Second time I’ve came to dine in for breakfast. Both times restaurant had about 3-5 tables full. The food took long time to come. The waitress never came to ask how we are doing. I had to ask for refills on coffee. I didn’t ask for an extra stuff on my plate but it was added. The menu price does not reflect the actual price paid. Deception.

the service here was absolutely abysmal. worker walked past me over 10 times at the bar and did not address me for over 15 minutes. when i said “excuse me, ma’am” to ask for help, she put her finger up as if to say “one moment” but never followed up with me. both ladies by the bar were inattentive and offered me ZERO customer service. both were quick to run to the phone when it rang, but didn’t move an inch to help me. and i was only here to pick up an order… never coming back here again.

Regarding my point of view. There is very bad attention from the waitresses, mainly from the manager who thinks she is the owner and has a very bad character. She should change her way of serving customers. My person goes there to consume, not to order freebies. I arrived with my colleagues at around 11pm and at 1am they told us that they were closing and we were going to share a pleasant moment with some friends. Thank you
