I am so upset, I’m literally crying of how ugly Victor treated me over the phone. I made an order and their system messed up. It showed on their end the order was for 1:45pm and on my end it showed out for delivery I literally waited for my food starving keep in mind I’m 7 months pregnant. I am a regular and this kid couldn’t even do anything for me not even a discount or anything for their mistake instead he cuts me off and tells me to call corporate. I call Corporate and they do NOTHING! Then I call to cancel my order because im afraid victor will spit on my food or something, so I called and I said id like to cancel my order and he said ok and hung up on me because he already knew who I was. THE WOST EXPERIENCES EVER !

The lady working here was so nice. It was refreshing to go somewhere and receive good service as customer service really isn't a thing anymore.

Ladies are super sweet always give out the best customer service and sandwiches. Another man employee yelled at the lady making sandwiches about some drinks and was very disrespectful towards her. I dont understand why the manager allows this disrespect towards other employees.

I was there today during my lunch time. As soonest I walked in there was a male employee from there complaining to another staff member about some drinks. This is so unprofessional from the company to allow this type of behavior in front of customers. Poor lady seem embarrassed of his behavior.

I work 3 blocks away from this store and waited 50 minutes for my delivery. One of the two sandwiches came on an oversized, stale bread stick. It was nasty. I worked at a Jimmy John's in New Orleans and this would not be tolerated. I called to complain and the phone rang 15 times before I hung up.

Great place for lunch convent for me I walk across the street and pick up my sandwich! Since the remolding the place is kinda small. The hours aren’t great but for only going for lunch is fine.

I love jimmy johns sandwiches but this was the SLOWEST location ever. Freaky fast? I ordered and waited 13 minutes for a basic sub. Took up half my lunch break. Sadly won't be returning.

This is more of a review of the restaurant than of the food. I have ordered here a couple of times, mainly for lunch while on my break right down the road. The last three times I have ordered, however, the delivery was either cancelled, or did not show up with no contact from the restaurant. I had to call to follow up. The food is good, but DON'T offer delivery if you cannot deliver, AND if there is a problem with a delivery order placed, you should be the one reaching out to your customers to let them know that, not the other way around. I know this location can turn delivery off, as they have done so before. Next time don't offer a service you can't provide. And if there is a problem, do the right thing for you customer and take care of them.
