I love jimmy johns sandwiches but this was the SLOWEST location ever. Freaky fast? I ordered and waited 13 minutes for a basic sub. Took up half my lunch break. Sadly won't be returning.

This place closes at 4:00!!!!!!!!Even though there is another JJs less than a mile away from where I'm staying, they can't deliver to me because this place's franchise has this address locked up. Complete BS. This place needs to have reasonable hours, or they need to let the other JJs take over this neighborhood. I order JJs a ton when traveling and this is completely unacceptable. JJs corporate should fire this place.

---Dearest Reader,It is a dreary Sunday morning. Clouds in the sky, rain falling, NFL Redzone is on, no deli meat in my fridge, I'm hungry, wife is hungry. No need to panic, open up the Jimmy John's app and our malnutrition is already satisfied before Scott Hansen pulls up the quad box.For real though, best bread in the game. I like to have the sandwich canoe'd (it's a nice option that takes away calories, carbs and really let's the fine meats and nice crust of the bread shine through.There is really no way to go wrong here, it's all about personal preference on what deli meat you like. I've never had a bad sandwich, and always get exactly what I'm expecting.Stay well,---Mitchell

This is more of a review of the restaurant than of the food. I have ordered here a couple of times, mainly for lunch while on my break right down the road. The last three times I have ordered, however, the delivery was either cancelled, or did not show up with no contact from the restaurant. I had to call to follow up. The food is good, but DON'T offer delivery if you cannot deliver, AND if there is a problem with a delivery order placed, you should be the one reaching out to your customers to let them know that, not the other way around. I know this location can turn delivery off, as they have done so before. Next time don't offer a service you can't provide. And if there is a problem, do the right thing for you customer and take care of them.

They need to change their timings. 11-4 what kind of timings are these for a restaurant. They should rather stay closed than working 5 hour shift.

Stopped by at 4:30pm on a Tuesday to get something to eat. They're only open for walk ins 11am to 4pm. I won't bother coming back.

Came here on a lunch break and my sandwich was made super SLOPPY everything was outside the bread, super thick cut cheese, and avocado spread all over the bread on the outside plus my bread was splitting in half as if it’s old bread .

Why on earth does this location close at 4pm? You are centrally located in the galleria area, get with it already and stay open normal operating hours.

The Country Club sandwich is really good!
