I ordered 3 sandwiches and all of them had a mistake. The Club Lulu sandwiches did not have hot peppers on them as ordered. The Slim was asked to be cut in half for a five year old and it was not.

If I’m paying $26 for three turkey sandwiches, the least you can do is get the order correct.

I have never received a correct order from this store. Every time I order here, the staff is clearly not paying any attention and never pack the order correctly. This time they gave me a burnt sandwich with nothing on it. Not a single topping out of the many I had ordered. The only positive is that they fixed it after I drove back. Almost $19 after tip. This has happened more than once. The first time I came here, the employee dropped my sandwich on the ground and then gave it to me (a regular when I asked for a giant). It sounds like a joke, unfortunately, it isn’t. I’m not coming back to this location.

This store is right around the corner from my house, and I always receive excellent service from the entire staff! I am pregnant and have been struggling to eat. But the Chicken Ceasar Wrap has saved me. When my husband calls in my order, they know him by name and always take care of me! Shout out to Francis for making my day! :)

I have continually ran into problems when ordering delivery from this location. I don’t know what it is about my address that no one can seem to find it. And I don’t appreciate when I call and am told that it was delivered when it clearly wasn’t and it is insinuated as being my fault somehow. I’m sure it was delivered somewhere, but it wasn’t to me. And it’s not the fault of lawn guys, or anyone else. I am able to see people who walk up to my door, and, in this case, I have been in the front room since I ordered my food, going on and hour and a half ago. No one has approached, there is no one working on the lawn, at my house or my neighbors. This has happened before, and in other instances I’ve cancelled my order after an hour of waiting because there was no one to deliver. I’m not angry with the people who work there, but as a corporation, it amazes me that Jimmy John’s has such slack regulations over its franchises. I don’t have this problem with any other delivery service I have used. It seems to be a Jimmy John’s specific problem.
