This store is right around the corner from my house, and I always receive excellent service from the entire staff! I am pregnant and have been struggling to eat. But the Chicken Ceasar Wrap has saved me. When my husband calls in my order, they know him by name and always take care of me! Shout out to Francis for making my day! :)

I have continually ran into problems when ordering delivery from this location. I don’t know what it is about my address that no one can seem to find it. And I don’t appreciate when I call and am told that it was delivered when it clearly wasn’t and it is insinuated as being my fault somehow. I’m sure it was delivered somewhere, but it wasn’t to me. And it’s not the fault of lawn guys, or anyone else. I am able to see people who walk up to my door, and, in this case, I have been in the front room since I ordered my food, going on and hour and a half ago. No one has approached, there is no one working on the lawn, at my house or my neighbors. This has happened before, and in other instances I’ve cancelled my order after an hour of waiting because there was no one to deliver. I’m not angry with the people who work there, but as a corporation, it amazes me that Jimmy John’s has such slack regulations over its franchises. I don’t have this problem with any other delivery service I have used. It seems to be a Jimmy John’s specific problem.

The last few times I have ordered for delivery the call taker seems like they were not very customer oriented. Doesn't tells me my total and I have to ask them what my total is. They should tell you what your total is after you place your order in. Also some of them acts like that they don't know how to place your order on their computer.

my brother order here online like around 2:25pm we wait and didnt get the food order now its 4:43 pm so my brother call and cancel the order didnt know why they didnt delivery the order this the first time I ever experience this food I cant rate that because I didnt eat it they never delivery it services the worst services

We ordered from the app one evening and did not receive the delivery. Found out the next day that it was delivered to another address. Called the store and spoke with the manager (Romitrius) to explain the situation and he more than made it up to us. Got us fresh sandwiches delivered right away, threw in some extra goodies and gave another discount for the next order. This is exceptional customer service and we are grateful. And yes, the sandwiches were very yummy ?
