So I accidentally placed an order at the wrong Jimmy John’s (9079 Katy Fwy) instead of the 9778 Katy Fwy — totally my mistake, I own that. What I don’t own is the fact that no one apparently works at the 9079 location to answer the phone.
I realized my mistake literally two minutes later (at 2:52 PM), called to cancel, and then called 9 more times. Twelve. Still no answer. Not once. Are there no employees? No phone? A ghost kitchen, maybe?
I wasn’t even mad about placing the order wrong — I was mad that no one could be bothered to pick up the phone. Customer service 101: answer the phone.
If this is what “Freaky Fast” means now, I guess it only applies to taking money, not to actually helping customers.

--Update...I received a call regarding this and the issue has been corrected.
Got a regular Ultimate Italian sub and potato salad. Sub was great and hearty. Lady cashier forgot about my potato salad until I asked again. Good, but a little small portion for $3.

I tried this place for the 1st time and will never go there again. The man at the register was extremely rude to me the entire time I was there. Then when I tried to tell the people how I wanted my sandwich, because the man at the register never asked, they acted like I was an inconvenience to them. I will never eat here again

I went to Jimmy John's after visiting Juiceland on Valentine's Day. I wanted a sandwich to have for the following day. Maria and Edwin were so helpful to me even though it was my first time and close to closing. I got the Cubano which I've never had before and Maria offered suggestions for some amazing chips and special ranch the shop offers. They made me feel welcome. The vibes were low-key and chill which was perfect for someone like me and I'll definitely come back in the evening just to see them again.
