When I arrived both workers were sitting down on their phones, neither one of them greeted me upon entry. As I am looking at the menu to decide what I’d like to order another customer walks in & both workers greeted him immediately. Due to this I decided to take my business elsewhere, I think that’s very rude & unacceptable.

The employees felt like they were just melancholy like, and didn’t seem to care. The unwich she made was the smallest thing I’ve ever seen. I sent a pic of it to my friend who works at a different location and she said it was missing half the ingredients. Considering how much you charge, how about add some more meat and cheese?!

Maybe they should have more than one employee capable of running the register. I had to walk out because the cashier was tied up with phone calls. Then another employee walks in and all he can do is apologize ? I'll remove this if things are better next time
I treat myself to a #9, 6 inch sandwich and split it for lunch and dinner. Perfect.

I've never had a bad experience at this location. They are just uncharacteristically slow compared to other locations. At other Jimmy John's, the sandwich is ready by the time you walk from the register to the pickup window. Here, there is usually a wait.

Well I read some of the reviews and there not to good but my experience was wonderful, this was my 1st time here and I ❤ Jimmy Johns... it was clean and I was greeted by the same young man who took my order and fixed my sandwhich....he did exactly what I asked for....I'm pretty simple...I just add things and I want easy lettuce...I don't know if I was just really hungry or it was really so darn good...Nom Nom Nom...I will be back!
