Some of the workers acted as if I was invisible. I guess I had to be a female because as I was there, a very beautiful female came in and they took no time to attend to her. I will never go back to that organization.

I'm giving this Jimmy John's four stars. Parking's easy, it's clean, spacious, and totally true to the brand. The staff is friendly, my order was accurate, and the online order and pickup process was super smooth. True to it's mission, someone came in and out and left with his sub within 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!

Clearly Jimmy John’s has heard people’s complaints because they have turned it around big time! Wow! I went in yesterday evening (1/6 around 6:30/7pm) and they had my sandwich ready before I even finished paying and were SO NICE! Not a single person was on their phone or had their AirPods in. It was clean and my sandwich was delicious. I hope this wasn’t a one time thing because I stopped going to Jimmy John’s because of how horrible this location was. I took a risk and it paid off! Thank you to whoever whipped this location back into shape. Keep up the professional standard! It worked and shout out to the 3 very kind people who worked the evening shift yesterday. Props!

The employees are so unfriendly! Just rude and we felt rushed ordering! Gave us 2 sandwiches and a pickle … no bag no napkins! We had to get our own! Never again!

The food is decent every time I’ve gone for lunch. What I haven’t appreciated is that despite how bubbly and friendly I try to be to the staff, that is never returned. The staff here seems to be some of the most unhappy, miserable people. I understand working at Jimmy John’s might not be the dream job, but a little kindness and friendliness to others would go a long way. Please be nicer.

HORRIBLE! If you care about good customer service, this is definitely not the place for you. As soon as I walked into the store, the employee gave us a look full of disdain — it was a terrible feeling. While they laughed and chatted among themselves, they treated us as if helping us was a burden. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

She clearly hates being there. Her lack of enthusiasm and the way she treats customers with disdain are impossible to ignore. HORRIBLE

Why doesn't this place toast their subs....like seriously? They have ovens but if you ask them to toast or heat up your subs it's treated as if you've ask them to do something illegal. Cold subs are gross. This was such a shame because their bread is amazing but I will not be back.
