Why doesn't this place toast their subs....like seriously? They have ovens but if you ask them to toast or heat up your subs it's treated as if you've ask them to do something illegal. Cold subs are gross. This was such a shame because their bread is amazing but I will not be back.

Awful customer service. Asked for a knife to cut my sandwich in half. Three females said they don’t have knives. I asked what they use to cut sandwich with???!!! A girl responds sarcastically “you want me to cut your sandwich after you opened wrapper up?” Oh no I can’t do that!!! What a joke this place is!!! Will never go here again save your time and money!!

Exactly what you would expect from a Jimmy Johns. Sandwiches were quick and made to order. The store was clean and it wasn't super busy when I was there. The server was funny and talked to my little ones while he made their sandwiches.
Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten free and I always love the unwich options!

I don't know why I come here. It's always 20+ minutes for a "freaky fast" sandwich. You can't get rewards when ordering at the counter, and if you use the app your order gets ignored until you verbally complain. What a waste of time. Other branches do not have this issue.
