I went in and placed a full order and paid the staff stated they don’t have my order and when I showed them that the transaction went through on my side they still said oh well we don’t see the pay you come in tomorrow and speak with the owner. The staff is rude and very unhelpful!!!!

Due to issues with being able to make change, take a simple sandwich order and communicate in ANY language should give you an idea what you're in for. Save your money and hit the donut shop. Paying six clueless robots you have working for you to stand around and socialize with each other MUST be affecting your bottom line. Or, maybe you don't care. Either way, avoid. This sandwich was 7.50. Look at the abundance of veggies and meat.

The fact that they wait to start an online order until you arrive is ridiculous. The reason people place online orders is so that their food is ready or almost ready when they arrive to pick up. The fact that I have to wait 15+ minutes after I arrive, when placing the order 15 minutes before I even arrived is insane.

This is the WORST Jimmy John’s ever!! The old lady made my sandwich hour she wanted to. She didn’t put any of the veggies I asked for then she lied to my face when I asked her did you put pickles and onions. Not enough meat on the sandwich. I’m never going back here! Please don’t waste your money!!

I’ve been here several times because it’s close to my job. The customer service is horrendous. Today the cashier Destiny checked me out after she did and I also gave a tip! I stood there waiting for my cups so I asked her about my drink and asked do i grab my own cup and she just nodded yes. So I grabbed my own cups then when my food was ready the lady just placed my sandwiches on the counter and threw a bag by it so i could bag my own stuff. That’s very unprofessional i regret leaving a tip. These employees need to be more courteous and helpful they just opened too so it’s not like they have had a long day and are tired. I’m very annoyed at my experience and it’s usually like this but this time i decided to leave a review.
Sandwich was very good, however it is a bit cramped inside, and the smell was not very pleasant.
