First time getting food from here and the Food is good but the staff at this location not so great. Bad attitude from every person there and no customer service! I went on a Saturday Feb. 24, 2024.

I ordered at 11 Am because we had a working lunch meeting that had to start at 12. My food was not delivered until12:03; during the meeting. therefore, I didn't get to eat until after 1:30 this

I went here today to grab a lunch. I wouldn't recommend this place because they won't let you pick out items that you want to add in your sandwich or not even try to ask you what would you like? . which is a disappointment, because they give you what they have in the menu while in Subway you could pick anything you want and add all ingredients. Also, the food wasn't that great it had a weird aftertaste, maybe it was the turkey or ham or expired lettuce, Or avocado ranch. Said that the lady didn't toast my bread which made my sandwich pretty cold, it smelled weird. I was happy I didn't get any poisoning. Otherwise I would've made a report. Also, the price is the same as Subway I will not come back there again, the reason I went was because everything else was closed and no other fast food restaurant was nearby

So i came a few days ago and there was a lady with colored hair, very rude, had her face scrunched up at me the whole time while taking my order and rushed my order and the bread was harder then usual

I can honestly say today visit was awesome!!!!! Only bad thing I have to say is the young man that took my order. He act like he didn’t want to be at work. He didn’t know the sandwiches. Asked him what do he suggest and he gave me a blank stare. I’m going to assume the young lady that stepped up was the manager. She greeted me and proceeded to tell me what she suggest we should try. The Italian night club and the jalapeño ranch wrap along with potato salad. My family and myself love how she handled the situation and told us he was new. We’re in town for a the week. We will be back.

Can in about an hours before close. Crew seemed annoyed that I came in, even though they didn’t close for a while. Sandwich was fine. They tried blocking the drink machine but eventually moved out of the way.

I come to this Jimmy Johns everyday. Here recently it’s a guy (has to be new) sounds like he’s yelling when he’s calling out what sandwich you have. A customer didn’t hear him because they were on the phone, and when she approached him about her sandwich he told her I shouldn’t have to call your sandwich that many times. How rude of you to have the audacity to speak to her like that. The manager walked over and told him not to speak like that and he started talking to her very rudely. I just decided to do online pickup. I can’t and I refuse to hear the yelling from this gentleman. Please do something about the yelling and being rude to the customers. I enjoy coming here.
