Though it's hard to get to because of renovation issues, Jimmy John's is fast fresh and great flavor ( I ordered the double roast beef with lettuce, mayo,Swiss cheese it was nice. The staff looked tough but super friendly! So worth the visit. Cheers friends

I would give 4.5 stars, but you can’t. It was good, and like normal, but not exceptional. Came here during my Houston stay, and it was just like at home, a good sub place. I will definitely continue get Jimmy John’s in the future, in fact I bought some in the city I live in yesterday. If I went back to Houston, I would probably get this again.
Parking: We walked to Jimmy John’s from our hotel, so we didn’t pay attention to the parking.
Kid-friendliness: It was kid friendly, I mean, they ain’t about to deny service to a kid.

Oh if I could give this place ZERO stars i would. Kenneth T the GM is soooo rude, unprofessional, and unsanitary. First i called tell him about my order & one sandwich being very flat due to lack of ingredients. He told me that “that is how the sandwich is supposed to be” but i don’t know i have only been eating Jimmy John’s for 10+ years. (Please see picture) he was being rude & dismissive & told me he’d make another sandwich & hung up. Since he was being so rude i called back & told him never mind because i didn’t like the way he handled the situation & to just refund me for my sandwich. After going back & fourth with me, THE PAYING CUSTOMER, he told me that he could not refund the sandwich because i already have it. Understood. I then told him i could come down there to handle it in person so he could see the sandwich. He proceeded to ask if i was threatening him. ????. Just very argumentative for no reason when i have the issue. Victimizing himself. He hung up in my face. I took time out of my work day to walk all the way there. Upon arriving, he was outside with a friend smoking a cigarette. He then comes back in & immediately wants to go back & fourth & not even letting me talk. I show him the sandwich & he still insisted on him being right. I requested my receipt & walked out. Oh yeah…he didn’t wash his hands before prepping your sandwich AFTER he was outside smoking his cigarette. & OH! Workers look very scared to be around him as well. Take my advice & your hardworking money somewhere else. ♥️

Last two times I ordered it has taken 35-40 mins to get a sandwich delivered. And my office is right down the way. Now….here I am waiting 45+ and still waiting to get my order. The out for delivery notification was 38 mins ago…still no sandwich…..what a joke

Definitely don't waste your time going or call before. I showed up at 215pm. It says they close at 3. When I showed up workers were outside smoking saying it was closed. Wasted my time and paid for parking for no reason
Did a last minute order to feed 60 people, the store communicated proactively on progress, had everything done when expected and the sandwiches were great.

My wallet was stolen from the location 820 Main Street. I am almost positive it was an employee. The manager is refusing to view the footage. A police report has been made. My cards were used after closing. The other stores are viewing the footage but jimmy johns(where it was stolen from) refuses to cooperate. The larger amount of cash was stolen. So by them refusing to view the footage, they are basically the grinch that stole my families Christmas.
