My wallet was stolen from the location 820 Main Street. I am almost positive it was an employee. The manager is refusing to view the footage. A police report has been made. My cards were used after closing. The other stores are viewing the footage but jimmy johns(where it was stolen from) refuses to cooperate. The larger amount of cash was stolen. So by them refusing to view the footage, they are basically the grinch that stole my families Christmas.

This should've been called anything but a sub.. It's not even 2 inches wide... I have had hotdogs this size... at this rate they are extremely over rated and over priced..

I've only gone to JJ a few times before. The staff was friendly and service was fast. I ordered a sandwich off the menu and got it in a few minutes. They didn't ask what I wanted on it and I didn't see a description of specifically how it was made on the menu, other then 'turkey'. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to ask or not. At other places they usually ask you what you want on it. It was fine but I would have liked more choices on how it was made. Taking this into consideration, I still prefer Jersey Mike's.

I work downtown and ordering online for delivery from Jimmy John’s is super easy. I’ve been a customer years and I love my veggie sandwich with bacon! Bob delivers my lunch with a smile, he’s the best!

I was going to this restaurant right before a baseball game and I needed some food. So, we stopped in and it was empty. So, we grabbed a seat and went ash our hands and use the restrooms. It was a normal restroom except for the fact that they had this sign on the door that said,"18 thought to think about toilets." So, I read them and it was really interesting. Then, when I left the restroom I looked around and they had all these funny signs that I read as I ate. The only reason this isn't a 5 is because the chips had peanut oil in them and I'm allergic so, couldn't eat what we'd payed for. But, otherwise great service and good food.

We had a large order of 22 sandwiches. This sandwich shop worked extremely quickly and efficiently to get us our food, and were nice and accommodating. They cared about doing their job and making sure we felt cared for. Well done!

By far, the worst sandwich I have ever had.: the bread can’t be considered to fall within the category of breads. The roast beef tasted like plastic, and it took me hours to digest this brick. Avoid.

Gotta love their slogan: freaky fast. One of the great perks about ordering JJ's is their fast turn around time. It's perfect for lunch. Everybody has their good days and bad days, but overall this store has been pretty consistently good. They have this super sweet and kind delivery person. But today, they delivered my order on over baked hard as a rock bread!! The one star deduction is because they shouldn't have even let that sandwich leave the store. It was clearly over baked bread, and not eatable. However, I called store back and explained it to them, and they made me another one and delivered it free of charge. I appreciate that it wasn't a hassle on my end; and they trusted that they messed up and made it right the second time around. I always order the Vito with jalapeño chips! My absolute favorite here!

Today was my 1st time ordering a sandwich online and having it delivered to my place of business! My coworkers always order from them and I always see the man delivering the sandwiches. I ordered my sandwich online with a specific time for my sandwich to arrive, they were on time (I would expect nothing less) I was blown away by the taste and the quality of the ingredients, I had a pickle and that raging ranch side. I will order again TRULY loved the sandwich!
