Great customer service at this location! I had a situation where I had some lost receipts from an expense report from a few months back and Brittany (manager) went out of her way to get me the old receipts. Great customer service! Well done!

The app says they no longer deliver to my work place. However the employees have been accommodating and have still continue to deliver their food as we are but 3 miles away, just have to call them instead. They always get my order correct and their delivery drivers always have good attitudes.

Stopped by Jimmy John’s through the drive-thru. The place was nice and clean. I ordered the Turkey Tom and got it super fast — just like they promise. Great service and a solid, fresh sandwich. Will definitely be back!

I will definitely be reading the reviews before I go anywhere now because holy crap that girl named Jasmine has a horrible attitude at the front counter. Like seriously, she’s making it worse by other people talking about it on here but I don’t know if she knows.

This location is absolutely horrible for ordering quick food. A sandwich took me 15 minutes to get. People who ordered after me got their sandwiches and I was told that they didn't check the online orders (I ordered through the app). There was absolutely no communication and after asking for 6 times, I was told to wait another 10 minutes. I would not suggest ordering through the app at this location since it appears they don't check orders through it.

The sandwich was good, but the guy making the sandwiches had a horrible attitude. Made faces at me and my kids, couldn't actually hand me my food just dropped the bag on the counter. When the other worker went to grab my receipt from him he also just dropped that on the counter. Will not return to this location!
