Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in the food industry. I order two combos with the sandwich and drinks for delivery. It took 58 minutes to arrive even though we are about a mile away. When I called to find out the delivery status, we were told we were 3rd in line for delivery because they only had one driver. That was frustrating enough but we know things happen. When the food finally arrived, both sodas were completely flat and watered down, and one sandwich was wrong. It was missing items in it. I called to let them know and spoke with Ernesto who basically just said sorry, I had to ask for a manager who was not there. He then called the manager to ask what to do. I’m told he spoke yo a manager named Kevin who said they could replace my sandwich only if I sent back the original sandwich they sent me. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Is that your idea of customer service? You won’t replace my sandwich unless I give you back the original one? How cheap are you? The frustrating part is that we had already waited an hour for the delivery so of course I started eating it when through it was missing items. They really thought that it was ok to make me wait probably another 30 minutes to an hour so they could send me a new sandwich. All they were doing was sending me the correct sandwich, but they tried to do NOTHING yo fix the huge inconvenience they caused in the first place. Instead they actually inconvenienced me more by asking me not to eat the original sandwich and expected me to wait another hour to send the correct sandwich they messed up. Ernesto was terrible and had zero customer service. Kevin was the manager who asked for my original sandwich back and expected me to wait what was probably 2 hours total to eat my lunch. Horrible experience.

Always fast. Always tasty. Great sandwiches. This location is a bit dated looking, but does what it's supposed to do: makes good sandwiches, quickly. It's not there to win a fashion contest.Vegetarian options: Any sandwich can be made vegetarianDietary restrictions: Many sandwiches made without cheese or can easily be made without.Parking: There always seems to be spots out front. Quick turnover in this section of the lot.Kid-friendliness: Tons of simple ingredient kid offeringsWheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out. No steps.

Nothing against this location, but what's happened to Jimmy John roast beef? The roast beef sandwich I got today was almost all fat and gristle, plus had an acidic pungent taste. Nothing like it used to be.

Tipflation warning. After difficulty ordering in drive-thru the cashier asked if I wanted to add a tip. Jimmy John either pay your employees properly or shut down you are not a sit down restaurant that should be getting tips like waitstaff. Your entire restaurant staff is back of house.

Ordered from here a few times this was the last time the staff does not follow instructions. Called in to speak with the manager because all 3 of my sandwiches were made incorrectly. The only thing the staff member Bell could say was there is nothing she can do and on top of that tells me the manager hasn’t been in for days when I asked. They for sure will not get any more of my money and I’ll be making a call to the corporate office. These businesses love to just take your money and give horrible service when people eat out and spend money it’s for a experience so give people good service all the time. We are technically paying for it.

Order sandwich and they didn't make it correctly at all. Brought it back to management and showed him and was told it was half correct. Ask them to make another and was given a dirty look. Terrible

First of all delivery took over an hour. & on the delivery status it said "eat" meaning it was delivered. It didn't show up until 2:56. & to top it off they called asking for a tip. Normally we tip cash. I have never been called & asked for a tip.

They never unlock the tables and chairs right outside. They have a long chain with a lock that makes them unusable. I have to ask everytime and they get moody about it. Service is poor and the store has been poorly ran for a while now.

Sometimes they're fast. Usually they're not. It has been over an hour since I placed my online order and I'm still waiting. The employees in store are also not very friendly when you go in person and are very vague when you call to check on delivery orders saying, "the driver left 50 minutes ago and should be there any minute." Although they never asked my name or order to give me an accurate ETA. Just a vague answer to get my off the phone. Note: I'm less than a mile away. In the past when I've ordered online they've sometimes forgotten items such as chips or the drink and I've had to wait another hour for them to correct it. It's not even worth it anymore to pay the delivery fee and tip.EDIT: I gave delivery another chance about 2 weeks later and this time it was even worse. It took an hour and a half for the order to be delivered. And just like last time, the ice in the drink completely melted, and watered down the soda. I tried calling the store a few times to check on the delivery status and I swear they probably blocked me. After a few calls I couldn't dial through at all!! So I tried to call corporate to get in touch with the store to cancel my over due order and they also didn't answer the phone.Ok. So no delivery. On my way by I decided to try drive-thru, and it too, was not a good experience. I pulled up to the intercom and the lady said she'd be right with me. No one in front of me and outside of lunch hours. I waited a few minutes in 91 degree heat with my window down and she never came back. I spoke up and she gave me the welcome to JJs message again. So I decided to start ordering and the whole time she was rushing me through my sandwich order. I wanted to make some modifications and she kept cutting me off. Whatever. We got through it. I pulled up to the window to pay AND SHE ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO TIP!? Since when does that happen at drive-thrus? The ONLY pro to this whole review is that I'll be moving in a few days. I enjoy JJs food but this location has such bad service all around.
