Way better quality bread than other green and yellow branded chains. Granted the subs are significantly more expensive but you get more bang for your buck with the meat and tastiness of accoutrements

I ordered delivery to work and my sandwich had barely no meat. This is ridiculous. When contacting the customer service via the survey, they told me it was independently owned so I had to call the store. I called the store around 4pm and asked for the manger. I was then put on hold for about 3 mins just for the same person to tell me the manager left for the day and no other manager was coming in.... I replied with "at 4pm?" He said "yes, it's just me and my other co worker running the place." After that, I just over it because what the heck. I would not recommend this Jimmy John's to anyone.

I ordered a small asap order to an office a mile from the location. It took over an hour to be delivered. The order tracking link on the email takes you to a login page and cannot track order with just the order number. So I stood outside my office waiting for over an hour. Unacceptable.

I asked for X sauce on my Giant #7 Spicy Italian, they didn’t put any sauce which is oil & vinegar on my sandwich, I asked did she put it on she looked puzzled because she knew she had not the man which I assumed could have been a manager said yes it was done but it wasn’t my sandwich was dry I had to make a lite vinegar & oil dressing to put on my sandwich at home myself. Disappointed so I couldn’t give 5 stars across the board.

I love coming here after Mass on Sundays with my wife. Aside from them only intermittently cleaning the booths of crumbs, they keep the place clean.It's surprisingly empty when we go, despite being next door to St. Cyril (they should really drop off a few flyers at the table in the church), and the food is always delicious. The staff is polite and I haven't seen anything really sketchy, health-code-wise, despite both my wife and I having years of restaurant management experience. So far, the only thing I've noticed is drinking out of cups without lids, and that was only one time.
